I'm not about switching players from their natural position either. Just seem to remember reading that 1 of the big 3 sko/johnson/ jones played inside for portions of their career. None of these guys are rt either I don't think ( may be wrong though).

I’ve read that Skoronski has played every position on the Oline but center.

Or he has LJ in a fantasy football keeper league. He will never be more than an annoying FF talking head to me.

he does seem to have some sort of disdain for the Falcons though.

We are easy meat for a hack. When you need to talk ****, it's easy to pick on the teams that struggle historically.

I can't WAIT for LJ to sign wherever he does. I'm sick of hearing the media trying to force that move.

The only justification they've offered is:

"They went after Watson last year." So what. The only thing those two have in common is being able to clap on beat, but the media is acting like they're carbon copies. Foolery

The Falcons official Twitter retweeted this column from their own website.

Ridder haters are still going to pretend some fantastic draft shakeup is coming, and the Falcons will trade for a QB.  😂😂

I bet you big Bad Wilkerson will get a shot at RT now. My ideal O line would be Matthews, Edoga, Dalman, Lindstrom, Wilkerson.

no one named stone on that list? surprising!

wait, has 10 years gone by already??? wow time flies when we're having fun

:ninja:

While I’m not shocked they aren’t tagging McGary, I am slightly surprised. I figured they use the slightly cheaper transit tag & see if he could replicate or improve upon what he did this past season.

Can’t imagine they’d create another hole in the o-line unless they already feel pretty good about how they can get it filled.

A big no on Jackson. Injury prone due to his running style. Not worth giving all our capital on one player.

In McGary's case, that's what happen when you wait till your contract year to ball out. Not enough body of work to get another contract.

So we find a solid tackle and..just let him go ? We have cap space, and that’s a major position, especially with a young QB that needs protection. Not sure what TF is thinking with this one.

I read “what TF” as WTH. And now I don’t think I can ever refer to him any other way.

When did the “what TF” abbreviation start autocorrecting to WTH?

Like I said.. lies and garbage

Michael Rothstein @mikerothstein

Also in regard to this, a source tells me that those rumors of meetings in Indianapolis between the Falcons and Ravens about Lamar Jackson were false.

No meetings occurred about Jackson between the two clubs.

Dianna Russini

The Atlanta Falcons will not be pursuing QB Lamar Jackson, per sources.

But but…we have several folks here who happily live in lies & garbage 😆

I think the Falcons are playing both sides on this.  Pretty sure they can land a scheme RT in either the draft or FA.  But also, they don't want to overpay McGary.  Depending on the offers, they might not have to.  Because, no matter how you slice it, he will be overpaid in the current process in the NFL.

Because TF believes he isn't worth the price. Solid? More like mediocre.

If you needed a standard car and I had one for sale but it was $10,000 overpriced would you still want to buy it? If so, hit me up.
