3 walks and a HBP for Anderson today (31 strikes/27 balls).

Don't know much more than that but his control issues still seem prevalent.

Some of the command issues can probably be attributed to getting familiar with the slider.

His fastball didn't look as good as the outing before, not as much life and he didn't command it as well, though that seemed to get better as the outing continued. The slider looked better however, definitely getting on top of it more and getting better movement. Some good some not so good in this one. He's still the favorite for the 5th starter role I'd say. Anderson and Elder each have three more starts I'd guess.

And I'd also guess both will make starts at points in the early going of the season.

Anyone have a reliable way to stream games for free or really cheap?

Doesn't look like MLB is in the budget this year.

Someone might have a stream option but there's no real cheap option unfortunately. You can only legally stream Bally on DirecTV or MLB's package if you're out of market. The package that DirecTV puts Bally on is $100 a month. That's what I use since I'm in market.

If you’re out of market. Not sure what the budget can afford. But you could do what I did if it’s still available. Go to https://www.mlb.com/mlbpaa/membership/fans and sign up for the $25 package. You will get 50% off mlb.tv $150 subscription. That is a $50 savings. Plus you also get discounts off other things.

Stunner of a move. Rookies Jared Shuster and Dylan Dodd are now the two left standing for the final rotation spot. Shuster is the Braves top prospect.

Still over 2 weeks left before opening day, and a lot of free agents will hit the market as teams trim their rosters. Plus teams will try to sneak players who are out of options through waivers. I wouldn't be surprised if AA makes a move to fill that 5th starter spot if the right pitcher becomes available. Nothing against Dodd or Shuster, but how how comfortable is AA with having a rookie in the rotation with Wright's status for opening day questionable.

Maybe so but one thing we know is AA is not afraid of a rookie. He rolled out of ST in 2019 with rookies Kyle Wright and Bryse Wilson in the middle of the rotation.

Have TMobile?

They are doing MLB again this year

For free?

That's what I used last year but didn't see anything.

Edit: just saw where the offer starts 3/28 but says you have to sign up. Wonder if that is for new accounts only?

I got an email from there, and I've been a customer for 10+ years. So, I doubt it.

Hmmm no email for me just see it on the TMobile Tuesdays app. Will be clutch if so.

Did your email say you needed to use the Tuesdays app like last year?

Nope.

I have had them for a few years now and I got the offer.

You just need to enroll for it just like last year.
