Ravens Lamar Jackson Trade Report: Falcons Could Move A.J. Terrell, Grady Jarrett?

Recommended Posts

Who needs draft picks, Grady, Terrell, a defense, cap flexibility when you can give the market a "jolt"? Watching Philly last night should give even the clueless an idea on how to build a team.

I really doubt we would get enough for Terrell to justify trading him, especially when we're about to have so much cap space. We'd have to take another guy in the first to replace him. No idea what we'd get for Grady, he might want to play on a contender.

Not happening. Also, this isn't the NFL and MLB where star players are traded for other star (or potential star) players and where you need to match money in trades. In the NFL, teams trade for star players by giving up draft picks

If Terrell is not enough, we can always throw in a couple of more first round picks and a few second round picks. Who needs a team when you can acquire an exciting attraction?

I would agree, but Blank and his meddling history make such a self destructive course possible.

Yeah, we have only to look back to the Watson escapade to know he's still meddling and he's desperate to get fannies in those MBS seats. Maybe we're about to see the China Syndrome at Flowery Branch.

If the Falcons FO trades away our best players and/or a boatload of high draft picks to get Lamar Jackson to pay him some $150-$250 million fully guaranteed contract they should all be fired immediately. We need to take this opportunity we have with our cap room to build an elite defense with a monster front 4 pass rush and fill all the other holes on this team—not mortgage our team to get LJ

If he had just been half as concerned with building a team the Eagles way and the Ravens way he would not have to resort to gimmicks for temporary jolts to attendance. There would be a Falcon fan base, not temporary superstar fanbases.

It isn't the owner's responsibility to draft well
