I agree. They haven’t been playing well, and I could see next week as a tune up game to try and avoid and early exit. Also Brady has never had a losing season, and his ego won’t let him sit by and have that happen.

Exactly. What team could provide a better tune up than the Falcons? Weak D and absolutely zero pass rush, so no way Brady can get injured. He will play the whole game unless they bury us early.

I’ll take one of those Clemson DL and run with it

Lol if you are gonna lump all OSU QBs in the same bunch then to be intellectually consistent you have to lump the Clemson DL in the same way. That being said, we are batting .500 with Clemson DL. Grady was a win and Beasley was a bust.

I mean Beasley gave us 15.5. Heck I hope we find a guy to do something like that 😅

True but then he quit. And if you remember, he got 6 or 7 of those in one game against an OT for Denver who sucked so bad that we picked him up a year or so later so he could suck for us too.

So by winning a meaningless game we lost the chance to get one of the two top DEs or Qbs or Carter. This is what I find so **** infuriating about this team.

Does anyone think that our run first play calling is ever going to get us to a super bowl?  I just see us at best perpetually better than average and it's honestly depressing

You guys just don't understand do you. We haven't had a shot at a top 3 pick for a while now. I told folks at the start of this year that we would never pick in the top 5 this year.

SOS has been updated through all games so far.

We have moved into 7th.

The SOS is insanely close

Falcons SOS is .470
Raiders SOS is .471
Panthers SOS is .474

Lowest drafts the highest.

I would say any of:

OL: Paris or Skoronski

DL: Bresee, Murphy, Tyree

Then trade up into the 1st again to take Nolan Smith if he's available or O'Cyrus Torrence if not

I would be looking to trade down. As many have said I think the talent after the top 4 is all kind of washed out between picks 5-15. Not sure if theirs much difference in talent levels just have to pick the right guy. Add some draft capital and get a guy like Porter Jr, Breese or Verse.

Maybe rope the Texans into trading up to get Quentin to pair with their QB they draft at #1.

Just go BPA ... I would even take the RB from texas... we run the ball ALOT so get one of the best playmakers... I hope TF can get some really good DL in FA with out breaking the bank...

Tell that to Tyler Linderbaum. He has 31 1/8” arms and is an absolute stud. Already considered one of the best centers in the NFL as a rookie.

it may be more critical with tackles than interior OL, but responding to the comment of no OL w/ short arms.

Pick the best defender available at the pick, doesn’t matter what position, we just need defense all the way. Or go for a trade down and gather as many picks as possible, we need lots of talent everywhere anyways.

Free agency is where we will need to upgrade on defense.

We need to stick with BPA in the first round, regardless of position.  In all likelihood, it will be a defender, but don't rule out an OT.
