We're cursed ... We have to be, there's no other explanation (unless we're just stupid)

6 of our 9 losses have been on final (or pretty much final) possession turnovers.

Mariota threw picks vs LAR, WAS, PIT

Mariota fumbled vs NOLA

London fumbled vs LAC, NOLA

Either we're just inexplicably cursed or we're just too stupid to close out games - those are the only 2 realistic scenarios...

We hire different coaching staffs that somehow all make the same mistakes game after game…season after season expecting different results

We have a  consistently disappointing defense riddled with huge holes and defenders who for 80% to 90% of the game can’t cover WR’s or tackle RB’s

We draft the #1 WR taken in the draft but we draft someone who can’t hold onto the ball after catching it when confronted by defenders

We lack talent.  We have less cap space than any other team.  Therefor we have less room for error.  Last year we were getting blown out in losses.  This year with even less talent we have been in every game other than Cinci.

Down year where we've had shots to win 6 games with the ball at the end and every one has ended in a turnover... It's crazy

You have a shot at the lottery but your odds are low when you only have 1 ticket, if you bought 1 million tickets, then your expectations are higher, think in terms of talent.

That has more to do with the schedule and playing bad teams or teams at the right time regarding injuries so the games were closer than they could have been.

This team is always what it was. Bad. They should have put Ridder in sooner because it was always going to be about the progress next season.

Next season could be it for Arthur Smith. If they come out and **** the bed to start out and put themselves in a hole. AS might be out of a job.

Bad things happen to bad teams. Like it or not we are a bad team. Next year we might improve but not this year

I agree we're bad, I'm not arguing that. But it seems odd that in 6 chances to win games at the end they all end in turnovers? Law of averages makes me lean towards cursed. You think we could have gotten at least one 😆

Bought a buddy of mine a nice catfish rod and reel for his birthday several years back. We met up again a couple of weeks later to go at 'em again but he was without the birthday rod and reel. I asked him why he didn't bring his new rig with him. He told me he was there last week and had cast it out, rested it against the dock railing, and it got a big hit and it was pulled into the lake. Just like today, all I could do was shake my head and laugh. Lesson was learned! Hopefully many lessons were learned on that "FTS" field today also! 😉

I get it but not for bad teams. AS speaks of getting over the hump. Bad teams don’t.
