Successful QB'S

If you caught Coach Ragone's press conference last week, he has some definite ideas on what determines an NFL QB's success in the league. As a former 3rd round pick himself, he's probably a pretty good authority on the subject! He feels the primary trait for success is pocket awareness; the ability to feel where pressure is coming from, while keeping your eyes down field. Of course, fast processing, quick feet and arm talent play in also. Praying we got our man. Maybe providence will shine upon us, as it's been awhile!

GO FALCONS!!!!

This is going to sound worse than how I mean it so please don’t take it the wrong way but honestly, this is what every team wants in their quarterback dating back decades.

He also needs guys who can catch and create after the catch as well amongst several other things outside of his control to be successful

As well as a coach that can scheme around the deficiencies of your team, and not a one scheme for all type of coach.

I guess that wasn't Coach Ragone's strong suit! I enjoy his press conferences.

He must have hated Mariota because that's what he was worst at. Hopefully Ridder can feel or at least see the passrusher about to steamroll him.
