That's fair to say.  But Falcons won't be the only dumb-looking ones if he's LJ 2.0, since roughly a third of the league skipped right on by him.

Also the difference is that despite Lamar Jackson running a lot, he doesn't take many hits and punishment.

Fields on the other hand takes plenty of hits and punishment. At times more so than Cam Newton did.

Lamar still isn't a consistent passer. He got hyped up during his MVP season for what I don't know. His huge plays came against teams in the bottom 10 against the pass. His success came from short to intermediate throws that his playmakers turned into big plays. It was funny back then because one person kept talking about YPA yet didn't have a clue how it was calculated 😂

Cam's one of those guys I loved to hate in his prime leading an arch rival.  But I swear I feel sad for where he is today physically as a result of that style of play.  Seems like a nice enough guy and his wardrobe off the field suggests he doesn't take himself too seriously.

Yep, Lamar still struggles a lot pushing the ball down field.

Ravens offense is dependent on many smoke and mirrors due to Lamar Jackson's ability to run.

Ravens OC Greg Roman is overrated and I think aided in stunting Jackson's growth as a passer, but Jackson has to still step his game up when those opportunities present themselves.

I have to admit not understanding a lot of the performance indicators tossed around these days.  But my coping strategy is to never say anything about them.

Bro maybe go take a breather and come back in and read your first post because you clearly don't know what you said anymore. You literally said we have a QB who looks way better than Ryan did last year. No mention of the team outside those two.

You literally replied dumb late. That Convo has ended. I meant from a running perspective that this year he looks much better than the product we put out last year. That's it. I know what what I wrote.

no we wouldnt cuz there are a million qbs in college that can be just as good as fields

"Million QBs" lol okay. Zach Wilson looks real good out there. Wheres Trey Lance? Mac Jones? Trevor Lawrence? Kenny Pickett?

Can go on and on. If you are going to pretend that every QB is just going to come in and light it up and be better than JF you have a very delusional take on how hard it is to play QB in the NFL at a high level.

So despite never ceding a yard in this debate you've come full circle to say literally the opposite of what you started out saying. Good job.

I said that the offense and the style of QB play looks better than last year. I'm not sure what you are trying to say here but my point still stands 👍

Most of us don't know what we're talking about. Just throwing things to see what sticks. But don't be that bold to try and prove you're smarter than an elephant

the colts OL has been awful this year regardless if matt played or not. they were trash the 2 games matt was on the bench. i think they had like 11 sacks in 2 games with ehlinger playing who is more mobile then ryan. the colts OL is trash

But the narrative people created was that the colts had a monster O line and that he would be back to his MVP form. That's what I was talking about.

so many excuses yall give players he had a whole offseason to learn the system and its week 11 you think he doesnt understand the system by now? plus again another week he cant get pass 200 yards

Excuses? So you saying Matt has a poor offensive line is not an excuse for him? That sounds convenient it really does. And you must be obsessed with Matt because you've LITERALLY replied to all of my post 😬

Exactly, some on here try to make it seem like they can be future SB winning HCs and GMs and are smarter than most lol

I do steer clear of the topics I know I don't know anything about.  But sometimes I don't know that I don't know what I'm talking about.

The worst are the stat munchers who seem afraid to say what they actually see.

Then you got the ones that have to provide 100 articles to back their opinion

Just know that if you feel you don’t know, there’s at least one person in said thread that you might know more than
