It's going to be an emotional day and week for the Commanders as they remember Sean Taylor.

They will probably dedicate the home game against the Falcons to Sean Taylor. I don't see us winning this game. Commanders gonna be extra fired up. I've seen these types of games before.

we gonna get destroyed

Wow had no idea. I'll be at the game & Was also at the game when they played the Bills after ST's death and man were emotions high that afternoon. Went with a bunch of diehard Redskin fans and the stadium was filled with tears.

Obviously not a Redskin/commanders fan but ST just held a special place in every football fans heart. Played it like he was a kid and everyone could respect him and love him for it.

Never forget going to bed the night before he passed and the news was good that he was improving and getting better. To wake up that next morning to hear he had passed in the middle of the night. Awful.

You probably said something similar after the Panthers traded McCaffery, named their 4th string QB the starter, fired their head coach, got demolished by the Bengals, etc.

Yeah, probably. After a loss I try to flush out any vinegar by Tuesday. Don’t want to be in the gutter longer than that.
Now it’s on, looking forward to game day. Let’s Go.
I still believe we can beat any team on our calendar.  When we play like we did v Niners we can surely best Washington. Go Falcons

That was the eerie thing about it.

He was reportedly doing good going into the night and then was gone by the morning.

He's real popular over there. He's kind of like Jessie tuggle popular.

Maybe so, but I had to look Taylor up to refresh my memory. The "Washington Football Team" retired Taylor's number in a pre-game ceremony last season on Oct. 17, 2021. The "Football Team" still got stomped by the visiting Kansas City Chiefs 31-13.
