Hope everyone had a great day.  The weather sucked, but I had lunch with several WW2 vets.  A truly great day with great people.

I had the honor to meet several of The Tuskegee Airmen, at of all places, our Sam's Club in Snellville! Wish I could explain the feeling I had to be in their presence. It changes a persons perspective of a hero. Sports figures are often called heroes. That, they are not. Children need to be taught the difference between the two. I have gotten to know several well known sports figures in my 61 years in Atlanta, and I admit that it is something a lot of folks might not experience. But that chance to chat with the Tuskegee Airmen is a memory I will never forget! (dusty in here)... ;)
