BDS
Who would you say has been the most improved player on the roster from last season to this one? I'd have to say that guys like Richie Grant, Graham and Avery Williams have to be near the top of the list, right? Aside from a couple of selections, these first two draft classes are looking very solid. Norwood all the way!
Huntley? He's been rolling and been a big part of the run game especially with CP out. At the beginning of the season, we were thinking it was between him and Ollison on who would make the team and now he's looking legit (with help of the oline of course) Edited November 2, 2022 by Norwood all the way! papachaz, dyrtysouth2000, hjerry and 2 others 4

Lornoth
Huntley and Avery are good shouts. Graham and Grant have improved for sure but they were making plays last year too, just weren't getting the recognition. But I'm going to say Pitts. It's crazy the jump he's made in run blocking, which was his biggest weakness last year. Really goes to show the work he's willing to put in, especially towards the less flashy parts of his game. I always overlooked him, but his hustle really popped out last game. Just look at after the Mariota Interception in OT; TaQuon made at least 2 out of the 3 stops to force a Panthers FG. Dude was giving 100% effort till the last minute. Mid-Nite-Toker and g-dawg

Good to see these breakdowns as when you are watching a game, it gets lost in translation. To watch individual players you have to re-watch games - when game is on, all you see are runs, passes, sacks and interceptions - so much of who wins or loses a game isn't easy to notice when watching TV. RetroRoq
while he certainly has flashed in the past, as a 3rd option Olamide Zaccheus is really catching my eye. Before, he may have seemed to be just a deep threat, it appears he has focused on adding to his arsenal. I used to just see the result with him and barely noticed when he wasnt targeted. Now find myself looking for him and where he is positioned pre-snap. I think he moves more pre-snap than any other option and AS is probably using him to help Mariota make reads (thats me guessing)... but I can see his role growing and I am curious to see how he can expand as the season progresses. maybe not MOST improved, but certainly.. noticeable improvement
