Falcons need a trade..Any ideas?

The NT from The Washington Commanders is the latest rumor/suggestion online..or Cleveland Browns CB, "Greedy Williams".

Falcons probably will not earn a NFC Wild Card spot with possibly two spots going to NFC East teams.

They must defeat The Buccaneers in the final game of the season for The NFC South Division.

Considering the fact that TF has shown a tendency to draft projects or redshirt (or mostly redshirt) with 2nd and 3rd round picks, I wouldn't mind sending one somebody's way for an impact starter, like Daron Payne. I'd be cool with a younger guy we know will contribute.

His last 2 3rd round picks have 0 snaps this season...

What about a TE like Mo Alie-Cox?

Alie-Cox played in all 17 games for the Colts in 2021 and caught a career high four touchdowns. He finished his fourth year in the NFL with 24 receptions on 45 targets for 316 yards, but his contributions to the Colts' offense weren't limited to just catching passes.

Among regularly-playing tight ends, Alie-Cox's Pro Football Focus run blocking grade of 71.4 ranked sixth – three spots behind teammate Jack Doyle, who announced his retirement earlier this month. Jonathan Taylor, of course, led the NFL with 1,811 rushing yards in 2021 thanks in part to the work Alie-Cox and Doyle put in blocking.

Alie-Cox's PFF run blocking grade has improved every year he's been in the NFL.

I'd check on Bradley chubb but I feel the price is gonna be too high. Other than that I would stand pat. Pass rushers almost never make it to free agency tho is the only reason I'd consider this.

Apparently Denver wants a lot for Chubb....as they should.

Malone has played he plays around 15 snaps a game. Ridder hasn’t played of course and Mayfield started last year he was garbage but he started.

I would make an Abraham type trade for him even still with our schedule being so weak. Imagine trading for Chubb, signing roquan Smith and daron payne. We might actually have something going on defense then.

I don't think we will be in a position for any of the qbs at this point
