The Falcons are not a very good road team this year.

If that's what you got out of this game, I don't even know what the **** to say.

Nah, this team is good. Likely even going to win the NFCS. They're my favorite team we've had in a while. They just have a **** defense (esp down so many guys in the secondary) and a **** QB folks love to prop up. But I 100% trust Terry and Art to take this team where it needs to go.

Knew the boards would melt down after a game like this lol. Still better than any of the blowouts last year. But go off

Im with you on this and i honestly think the team is better than my expectations of what i thought they could be this year with what the FO and coaches had to work with talent wise.    This is a weird nfl week anyways even more so for the nfc south when you have all 3 top teams losing and the panthers who everyone thinks is worst team in the league now winning.    They literally just clown stomped the Bucs and we are still tied for 1st in the division after this week.    I say the team needs to get healthy again and move on from this game quickly and get back on track next week.  Every team in the NFL can have weeks like this rather you are a good or bad team.   Heck even the Commanders are putting the hands on GB right now although GB still has a chance in that game we will see.

Ok🤣 I guess the 49ers and the Browns felt the same way when their best players were out too.

They just played a team that was in the Super Bowl last season, on their turf, with nearly everyone in the secondary injured, the QB playing sloppy, the coach making some questionable calls... and yet they still managed to get it to within 11 points when it was looking like a bloodbath in the making.

This was a game that would've been great to win, but I'd say nearly everyone had it marked as an L when the schedule was released.

It is what it is. On to next week.

A team carrying the dead money the Falcons are is not expected to be world beaters. It will be time to really worry about Arthur Smith's future here if this is happening in 2024.

I get that, but Matt's Dead Cap they caused all by themselves by messing up their relationship with him and trading him. Plus I'm not gonna act like the Rams didn't win a Superbowl last year with 46mill in dead cap!

I am not sure which Arthur is responsible for that. But it was past time to move Ryan to a team closer to contending. Getting Ryan's money out of the way this year and getting the handicap out of the way all at once is the best way.

But if we had Matt right now instead of Mariota while the NFC South is trash we might actually win the playoff games this year. Because with the schedule the way it is we will definitely be contending in our crap division.

No our pass protection is horrible. Mariota at least helps the running game.
