You don't see them force their will on teams either defensively

This is the one thing they do every game. Force their WILL Anderson on everyone. You have to scheme better defensively than to send 31 and 15 on every play. When people pick it up, the rest of the defense is toast. This started last season, specifically in the NCG. They were getting after Stetson, then we started to pick it up, and their secondary was lost.

Here’s the thing… Alabama has been our coached in 3 games this year. Saban keeps allowing Golding to stick around when it’s obvious he doesn’t know what he’s doing. BoB is being saved by Gibbs and Bryce.

The writing is on the wall. Once Bryce is gone next year, Alabama is slipping back to like 9-3. Which is okay. It’s been an awesome run, but it’s someone else’s turn. Saban can’t stay on top forever especially when he refuses to make much needed changes at the coordinator positions. He’s earned the right to say when he calls it quits, but I think he sees his days are numbered.

You guys haven't been the same in 2 years honestly and a big reason is while even though you are recruiting at the highest level yearly your staff is doing a poor job of developing players and putting them in position to be successful IMO.  Your evaluations have also been way off.  Let's be honest you have no business taking a grad transfer olineman from vandy to help your offensive line situation.  You are bringing in guys like gibbs, ricks, and burton because of the staff's failure to get the right players and develop them.  Your team also due to saban wanting to be explosive have went from being a hardnosed physical team to a soft finesse team and that has affected both sides of the ball.  You guys struggle on the road and lots of time that is due to not being a physical team.  You will see games like last year against UGA (it had a lot to do with our staff's failure defensively) due to your vast amount of talent to really explode, but you guys are not consistent and are not disciplined.  You haven't been a disciplined team in 2 years and that goes back to coaching.  Prime example are your dbs.  They are lazy in their technique and you see them just grab guys and tackle them a lot.  I know the vols system is great especially with their routes they run, but when they replayed some of those big throws it was pretty basic patterns and your guys weren't within 8 yards of their receivers.  You said earlier that the tennessee loss may be the end of a dynasty, but honestly that started a number of years ago.  Saban lost some of his best assistants and replaced them poorly.  He had to one year replace the entire staff almost due to poor hires.  Just look at the alabama nfl drafts.  You guys used to have so many defensive guys taken in the 1st round, but that has stopped the last handful of years and it's because you aren't getting your top defensive targets and you guys aren't developing the ones you do get.  You had back to back drafts in 2016 and 2017 where you had 3 defensive guys in each draft, but in the last 4 drafts you have had 2 defensive players drafted total.

I mean will anderson's big stat for the game was a half of a tfl.. I mean that is pathetic for someone we keep hearing should be in new york.  the media and the love affair with bama needs to stop.

You have a point, but he will find a way to get another top prospect QB. There are so many out there. Whether it's another Blue Chip coming out of high school, or Grad Transfer.

Yeah but they’ve gotta change the offense. Even with Mac and Tua it wasn’t so dependent on having Superman at QB. Injuries happen. When Tua got hurt, people were concerned about Mac, but he pretty much stepped right in and the offense didn’t miss a beat. Maybe some of that is skill guys, which is another problem.

Alabama is still one of the premier programs in CFB, but it’s starting to slip. The fact that the DC had a DUI this off-season and kept his job is concerning
