Unknøwn
Tuesday, 7:20, Bally Irvin (2-2, 2.96) vs Wright (5-3, 2.41) Wednesday, 7:20, Bally Koenig (MLB Debut) vs Anderson (4-3, 4.70) It's the first trip to Atlanta for the A's since 2014. The first meeting overall since 2017. The Braves swept the A's in both 2014 and 2017. Jared Koenig is making his MLB debut at age 28. He was drafted in 2014 but went to college instead. He was undrafted after that and bounced around independent ball and Australia before signing with Oakland last season. He had a 2.21 ERA in 8 starts at Vegas. The A's overall are horrible offensively. They come in hitting .210 as a team with a .277 OBP. Theyve also hit just 34 HR all year, they slug a really rough .324 as a team. So when they do hit its more than likely singles. In 159 ABs Pache is hitting .170/.219/.239. Malachore
Bird Is The Word
Need to keep the momentum. Their bats have been horrible this season and hopefully they stay that way. ATL Fan in the DMV, RING OF HONOR and NashvilleFalcon01

NashvilleFalcon01
For those of you in the "Start Contreras" camp, here's an interesting tweet that I haven't researched. This was five days ago. Don't have updated numbers.

Unknøwn
Braves placed McHugh on the 10 day IL. Braves acquired Jacob Webb from Arizona for cash. Webb has been activated and is in Atlanta for tonight. Webb hasn't pitched in MLB this year. He just recently returned from his injury, appearing in 6 games at AAA Reno. I'd have Contreras keep working with the pitchers he's most familiar with -- Wright and Anderson. falconsd56 and ATL Fan in the DMV

falconsd56
The nice thing is that both of them are hitting so well that there's no real drop off when either of them are in the lineup. ATL Fan in the DMV and RING OF HONOR
