Unknøwn
Friday, 7:20, Apple TV only Darvish (3-1, 4.05) vs Fried (4-2, 2.68) Saturday, 4:05, Bally/FS1 Manaea (2-3, 3.75) vs Morton (2-3, 5.65) Sunday, 11:35 AM, Peacock Musgrove (4-0, 2.08) vs Wright (3-2, 3.03) Here's how to watch Apple TV MLB, it is free for this season so you just have to get the app if you don't have it already. Sunday though is a Peacock exclusive and you must have the premium subscription to watch the game. Leave it to MLB to make it this difficult to find or watch their games. jidady
The Acuna stat is interesting: " 13. Atlanta Braves Record: 15-17 Previous ranking: 13 Ronald Acuna Jr. returned earlier than expected from his ACL surgery and he's looked good (other than a high strikeout rate). Brian Snitker has alternated him between right field and DH, but the surprising thing is Acuna has been stealing bases -- 5-for-5 so far in his first 10 games, after stealing 17 in 82 games in 2021. Worth noting: His top sprint speed via Statcast is just in the 68th percentile, where he's always been in the high 90s in the past, including the 97th percentile last season. -- Schoenfield"

Yeah, those games are solely exclusive to Apple and Peacock. The Apple is free at least, I've heard you can do a 7 day free trial of Peacock and catch the game for free too but you have to sign up someway. Unknøwn
Throwback to this day 6 years ago.. That was the season that Fredi Gonzalez was fired after that horrible 9-28 start. Snitker took over and went 59-65 on his way to proving himself quite the motivator.

Unknøwn
2016 was such a terrible start with Fredi. The team lost 9 in a row to begin the season. They were 1-9 after 10 games and were 7-23 through 30.

Malachore
Dan Plesac really just said he doesn't think "this is the Braves year" but the Phillies can really "make some noise" even though they just potentially lost Harper to a torn UCL....... Harper has been DH'ing and is the DH tonight. He's just not allowed to throw a ball. I'm sure he'll continue to play until Philly decides the season is lost and then he'll go for surgery or whatever is needed. Right now though he's a DH only for at least a month they said. Didn’t realize he's 39 years old. Looking at his stats and the fact he broke in with the Yankees and his position, you think maybe a hall of famer? Decent career. 8 time all star. 335 career homers, .842 career OPS, career .302 hitter.

You would think they will learn not to discount the Braves in May. All it takes is for a couple guys to get hot or for AA to make a trade or 2 for some stale gum and a bag of popcorn.
