ATLBham
Wright was as dominant as he can be. A great game by him. hopefully he can build on this, if he can be good let alone great, our rotation is going to be filthy when coupled with our bullpen. Unknøwn
Olson isn't fast but the second throw to get him was an elite throw. This is why Wash is so aggressive. He forces you to execute and to Aquino's credit, he did.

Seems like it. Don't forget H was dealing too before his injury. Then might have soroka back this year in time for playoff stretch.
Unknøwn
Acuna will be reporting to Florida to fully begin his journey back. The team wanted him to he part of the festivities this weekend with the banner raising and ring ceremony. Now he'll head for a few days at the ST complex before beginning a rehab assignment. He has been taking BP with the team before games. Yesterday he apparently ended his session with 3 straight HR's. One landed in the trees in CF, one 15 rows deep in LF and another landed on the concourse in left. BamaBirdLady

Malachore
Know it's early but the DH spot is terrible with Dickerson and the team would probably be better with literally anyone else in LF and Ozuna at DH. youngbloodz

All reports are that Dickerson is pretty terrible in LF and after seeing him run I can see why. I suspect we'll see Contreras out there soon for a test run. He reportedly looked good out there in ST. Looks like Heredia is just going to be a defensive replacement and occasional rest guy though.

Just not a fan of having 3 Catchers when 1 is a guy who needs to be playing somewhere (Contreras). Pina is one of the best backups in baseball and a starter on some teams. They said they were teaching him LF and 3B to utilize him more but he could be getting regular ABs at AAA while working on it. Maybe they're long term plan for this season is to have Acuna, Duvall and Contreras mostly in the OF with Ozuna at DH. I'm not sure how thrilled Pina will be if he keeps getting pushed to #3 on the catching depth chart.

But is their any catchers with promise in the minors in case Contreras stays at LF

I know Logan Brown at AA is a plus defender put there's questions about the bat. I know Tyler Tolve at Rome, draft pick from last year, has some good potential as well. Unknøwn
Hunter Greene is making his MLB debut today. The last SP to get a win against the Braves in his debut? Tyler Matzek in 2014. He made his debut with Colorado and went 7 IP, 5 H, 2 ER, 7 K. He beat Julio who gave up 7 that day.
