Indeed. It wasnt just 28-3 either. It was that, the National Championship, the SECCG and last years NLCS. Having all those heart-breaks back-to-back-to-back-to-back really broke my spirit.

I'm really happy in the moment, giddy even, but I'm like Snitker when he just said he didn't really believe it'd ever happen for him. I still have that feeling in my gut that says "It cant be us, that joy is reserved for other fans only".

Man I hear ya, **** I stopped watching between pissing me off and/or skyrocketing my blood pressure. I just follow along check the score and watch the highlights, it screws with me so bad sometimes. Its weird AF I know. But any fan that watch Harry Douglas trip on nothing knows nothing is certain in the ATL, I grew up on UGA losing back to back Natties on last minute TD passes, Kirby going yard and not the Smart one, Lonnie base running blunder, Hrbeck head locks Gant, By 1992-94 most fans thought the Braves would win the next 2-3 series if not more.

They are but they don't have that experience in the rotation. McCullers might be out for the season. Verlander is out for the season, Greinke is a RP and Morton is in Atlanta.

Ill have to delve into it but generally Astros team pitching has been better than the Braves at least according to stats on

https://baseballsavant.mlb.com/leaderboard/expected_statistics?type=pitcher-team&year=2021&position=&team=&min=q

Most have the Astros in the top 10 and the Braves 3-5 positions below that, however we just beat the top two staffs the Dodgers and the Brewers.

Which is why I say if we can beat LA we can beat Houston. Scherzer, Buehler and Urias are better than anyone on Houston IMO.
