Falcons Schedule Leak Updated:

Recommended Posts

Updated my post on the first page of this thread to reflect reports on our schedule as well as for other teams... but there appears to be a conflict with week 7. It would seem to be down to either the Panthers or Bucs that week, but other reports have them both playing other teams in week 7. Guess we'll have to wait & see.

So if the rumors are correct, here's what we are looking at thus far...

Week 1: Eagles
Week 2: at Buccaneers
Week 3: at Giants
Week 4: Washington
Week 5: Jets (in London)
Week 6: BYE
Week 7:  at Dolphins??? NOT PANTHERS or BUCCANEERS
Week 8: Panthers -or- Buccaneers???
Week 9: at Saints
Week 10: at Cowboys
Week 11: Patriots (TNF)
Week 12: at Jaguars
Week 13: Panthers or Buccaneers???
Week 14: at Dolphins
Week 15: at 49ers
Week 16: Lions
Week 17: at Bills
Week 18: Saints

Ones that haven't been reported yet, but can be narrowed down through process of elimination based on other reports are in grey.

I will try to update as more info becomes available

yah, one of the games has to be off. if we're playing panthers and bucs weeks 8 & 13, then we only play 3 games against those 2 teams.

So we don’t get any back to back home games but on 3 separate occasions we have back to back road games smh

That's the price of having only 7 home games. Thankfully we don't have 3 straight road games at any point.

that london game being a "home" game is brutal. is it that hard to figure out 8 home, 8 road, and one "neutral site"?

Well since they have 17 games now I would imagine that will be what it goes to

The schedule is what it is. Up to Arthur Smith and the Falcons to play what is set in front of them. And win.

I personally like the test. Time for the Falcons to ball out. Nothing is easy as it is on paper in the NFL.

but they didn't. we have 7 home, 9 road, and 1 neutral.

I mean next year. This schedule was already made before they announced the 17th game. We just didn’t know when we will play what team

Here's a fluky one, I know a few years ago the NFL basically did way with CBS being AFC only games and FOX being NFC only games. The Falcons game against the 49ers will be telecast by CBS. Sadly Pat Summerall can't do that one. RIP Pat.

Next year NFC gets the extra home game. So Falcons could have 9 games in Atlanta next year until they agree to give away another "home" game to London.
