All the good pictures they drafted they were impatient and went to other teams and became stars so he was bad with that as well. Joey Gallo was drafted by the rangers and they developed him so that's a plus and one for their side. Like I said earlier I wish Nolan Ryan had stayed with the organization. The team was running good when he was VP (part owner) of operations and worked with the pitching staff. Him and Daniels were bumping heads and the ownership sided with Daniels. I thought they got Joey Gallo from the Brewers or somebody like that?

AUTiger7222
With the Royals/White Sox game being postponed today we still have yet to have a day that all 30 teams have played. This year's schedule is just so ridiculously weird. I've never seen such. Off days on Sunday. Braves having 2 straight off days in August. The same teams playing each other at the close of the first half and the open of the second half. Just a whole lot of quirkness to the MLB schedule this year. Makes you wonder who the drunk person was that signed off on this mess?
AUTiger7222
The Minnesota Twins are undefeated in regulation. They're 5-3 and all 3 of their losses have come in the 10th inning.
AUTiger7222
Gallo is a really good fielder. This is one of the reasons why I had him as someone I wouldn't mind the Braves having.
Unknøwn
Talk about bad luck, Anibal Sanchez got 13 pitches into his showcase before slicing his finger. He'll be sidelines 2 weeks waiting on it to heal.

That's crazy, and his no-hitter came against the Rangers.
AUTiger7222
Dexter Fowler's season is over. He suffered a torn ACL in Friday's game. With his season being over this opens the door for Angels top prospect Jo Adell to take over in RF.
AUTiger7222
Who was the genius that signed off for the Marlins/Mets game to start today? 3 batters in and the game is stopped for a rain delayed and now suspended to be completed at a later date. Just absolute stupid on the part of the people that agreed to start that game. Must be the same idiots that decided starting the NASCAR race last night was a good idea. I wish there was this way of being able to tell how long and how hard it would rain before making decisions like this one.

If you didn't think it was bad enough, that little move to start the game really hurt the Marlins.
AUTiger7222
For years the Rays defense has been the strength of this team but the defense this year at the start of the season has been a disaster. Defense lost them a game to the Red Sox, and Meadows had multiple missed fly balls that led to runs and a loss to the Marlins. But thankfully the defense just got a huge out. Pitch in the dirt and Gardner thought it got passed Zunino but it bounced right back to him and they get Gardner out in a run down. 3rd out on a ground ball to SS and inning is over. Unknøwn
Folty is dominating the Padres. 7 IP, 2 H, 1 ER, 3 BB, 3K. K'd Machado twice and 2 of the walks came in the 7th when he wore down a bit. Allowed a solo HR to start the 4th as his only mistake. Fastball was 94-96. AUTiger7222

What I want to know is why the Marlins/Mets game was suspended instead of just being wiped out as if it never happened. According to the rule book I'm reading this doesn't apply to this game. What part of this allowed them to suspended the game?
AUTiger7222
That's a pretty severe injury that the Rangers LF Ronald Guzman just severed. He had to be carted off the field. It's a leg injury, looked like he blew out his knee.

For the A
Joe West wins lawsuit against former pitcher One former player's story about the umpire cost the player six figures. West sued four-time MLB All-Star Paul Lo Duca for defamation after Lo Duca accused him on a podcast of trading strike calls for off-field favors. A Manhattan Supreme Court judge ruled in West's favor Monday and ordered Lo Duca to pay him $500,000 plus interest.
