we're not drafting fields at 4

Yawn, they say this kind of stuff every few years. ”Can’t Miss on this QB!” ”Man this QB class is loaded!” ”Get one now because you don’t know when you can get one again!”

Gonna laugh my *** off when we don’t draft him. The board implosion will be hilarious.    This is gonna be worse than, “Gurlie to Atlantie”

Well there’s no elite DEs in the draft. Trade back and pick up Surtain. Then trade back up and get Harris.

Starting to possibly get on board with surtain. Then again with our new dc signing I really love zaven collins for that other olb slot with fowler. Dude can do it all.

We’re Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman elite running backs.

Where the **** is this stupid elite crap coming from.

D Freeman was pretty dam good during our SB year. That’s exactly why he was paid as one.
A great RB helps the OL QB and OC in more ways than one.

He isn’t Adrian Petersen though was he.

Thats the point we drafted both guys in the mid rounds the idea we need an elite back is a misnomer.

What kills me is their list of Elite quarterbacks.. and the FACT that none on their lists were selected in the top 5

🤨

No ones trading up for him who said we are trading up for him.

Look at posts above and other threads. Some have opined that we trade back at #4 then use extra 2nd to trade up for harris. I say horde all the picks you can

Tell me which one won’t end up being a franchise QB?  I can’t seem to figure it out....of course I don’t know much. Please share

If this a deep QB class like you said then why get one at 4 knowing he has to sit behind Ryan for a year or two?

Why not get a playmaker elsewhere at 4 and get a QB with another pick?

Honestly don't see any game changers in top 5. D or O wise

Derrick Henry is a 2nd rounder while we’re on the topic....

Once again Freeman was elite that year. Did you miss something?

And btw get over KS being gone. He ain’t coming back.

But he was never an elite back though are you getting that bit. He’s not or ever was in the discussion with Petersen that’s an elite back.

Theres plenty of backs who have played in a wide zone scheme who weren’t elite just fit the system.

Justin Forsett for the Ravens as one.

Mostert Breida & Teco at the Niners.

Non of the mentioned elite.

Just fits for the wide zone scheme.

So you don’t need elite backs to run that scheme this just pure fan rubbish.

I don’t know that I’ve seen anyone seriously say we should draft Najee at 4.  If we could trade down to middle of 1st I’d take him.

They didn't . Suggestion was to trade down for surtain and use draft capitol to move up for harris.
