I want Smith to call plays regardless of the “offensive coordinator”

Won’t pretend to know anything about him

I am more worried about the OL coach we need one in the worst way.....

Ragone was most recently passing game coordinator for the Chicago Bears.

As a QB, he backed up David Carr in Houston and was a former NFL Europe MVP.

Ragone coached with the Titans from 2011 to 2013, which means he worked with Smith for three seasons.

Please be a Frank Reich clone.

He'll be more like a choreographer and play designer.

Yep, he'll help coordinate offensive game plans and go over them with Smith throughout the week as well.

Was the Bears play designs any good? I know it would be hard to tell how effective they were with their QB situation lol.

Played QB for University of Louisville.

Yeah....I am calling BS on that one.

I have seen several bears games and their pass game is ....BAD.

Now that could be Nagy and the QBs but when you have as many QBs as the bears have tried.....maybe it is not just them???

He just only became passing game coordinator this year. Prior to that he was QB coach for the Bears. Really hard to judge him on only 1 year.

he was one of those 6 QBs that was drafted in front of Brady - that Brady was crying about in the NFLN production.

Ragone was not one of them. You are either thinking of another Louisville QB Chris Redman or another Italian guy by the name of Giovanni Carmazzi,  both of which were part of the Brady Six
