To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if Jim Harbaugh takes interest in the Chargers. He goes back to California with a young QB, talented offense, and a good defense. Houston doesn’t even have draft picks. Chargers have QB and WR weapons, very good defensive pieces, and draft picks. Plus he already knows the ins and outs of the division. red falcon
Sun Tzu 7 13,951
That Chiefs offense is all Andy Reid. I mean it's not like there are tons of examples from his time with the Eagles as well. Take away Pederson and Reid's offensive assistants are more failures than successes. It's even worse when you focus on just the OCs. falconsd56 and Herr Doktor 1
Faithful Falcon 8,185
We'll probably end up with some with a very generic name. Remember Mike Smith? I was a fan though.

Sun Tzu 7 13,951
1 minute ago, Faithful Falcon said: Why is it all Andy Reid when people mention EB, but the other OCs are the reason for their team's success? 1. Because there's a track record when it comes to Andy Reid and his OCs. 2. Sean Peyton, Sean McVay, Kyle Shanahan, John Gruden, Matt LaFleur.... does it even matter who their OCs are? It's the HCs offense. 3. The other OCs on the list, (Smith & Daboll), are OCs with a defensive HC so they run the offense. Granted those teams also have good defenses but it's the OC running the offense. And didn't we learn this lesson first hand? Who was more responsible for the 2016 Superbowl run? Quinn or Shanahan? Of those two who has been back to the Superbowl? Do we want the Dan Quinn of offense or the Kyle Shanahan? Herr Doktor and Godzilla1985
