Falcons Fan MVP
I think Raheem Morris at least deserves the chance to interview for the Falcons head coaching position. I would like to know what his plan is to get the Falcons offense back on track. He's already done a good job with the defense even though he will really be tested the next 3 weeks. vafalconfan
Yes as a professional courtesy I think so.. I do not believe he will be the hire however. Drunken Minotaur Zebra, Boise Falcon Fan, ukfalc and 1 other
Mr.Blank
If we finish 4-12 he walks along with the rest of the coaching staff Falcons Fan MVP
Osiruz
This season was his interview, he didnt get the job done. I wouldnt mind keeping him as an assistant but at the end of the day we need to go a different direction for HC.
falconfanEST1989
No I don't think he gets an interview.... his interview was how he finished out the season... with a potential 4-7 record, that would be a no for me dawg
Fiercefalcon
He's earned an interview. For a few reasons I don't believe he'll get the job, but it doesn't hurt to interview. ukfalc
Boise Falcon Fan
100% he will. Do I want him? Absolutely not. I don't want any of these coaches to stay. Blow it up and start new. Good luck to all of them, and thanks for their service, but they need to all go. octoslash, Godzilla1985 and Herr Doktor 2
Herr Doktor
Mr. Blank is nothing if not loyal to a fault. He'll get a formal interview after his dress rehearsal coaching this year. IMHO, this is why we aren't sitting our best and playing the kids. Raheem and his crew are actively auditioning for jobs somewhere next year. Lornoth
He'll interview, but he's not getting the job. Herr Doktor and celtiksage
falcndave
He is so well known to the organization that the only person that might need to interview him would be a new GM. For a number of reasons, he'll get a formal interview. That said, I don't think that one meeting (the interview) will impact the final decision as much as interviews of outside candidates may. He is already a top candidate or he is not. Falcons Fan MVP
NorthGaBoy
He is interviewing now. He is making a good case for DC, but with Dirt Cutter in the way, he is not making a good case for HC. papachaz and Peteshweddy 1
ROMERO
He will. I got nothing but respect for Morris but he will not be the next head coach. CaliFalcons and celtiksage
Jpg428gggg
Of course he will. I would disappointed in the organization if he didn't. It is never easy stepping in when the head coach is fired. I have been impressed with the work he has done with the defense. Unfortunately, he was saddled with one of the worst offensive coordinators in football. People will say that he could have fired Koetter and maybe he could have. But who is on this staff that could take over? falcon app
Absolutely. In fact, he might interview with other teams too. Even if just to check a certain requirement.

FentayeJones
He will interview with the Falcons as well as other teams. He has just as much or more HC potential as every other candidate out there. Beast-N-Da-Sheetz and Falcons Fan MVP

octoslash
Why would they interview him? He's the coach now. And he will hopefully be gone next month because fact is, he's not very good at it.
1989Fan
If we end up losing out, I wouldn’t interview him. They interview him every week when the debrief the games I am sure. Blank wants winning, contention, championships . Rah is now 4-4 with 2-3 more L coming...don’t think that’s the tone Blank is looking to set. Also, if a new GM is brought in, they may meet w him, but they likely won’t want to keep any leftovers from the old regime. Clean start for the locker room to buy in to. octoslash

hjerry
I'm sure he'll get an interview. He deserves an interview. I don't believe he'll be chosen though.
Killing Floor
For the "step up" this season he should expect to be interviewed. I'm on the fence. Maybe he'd be OK if DK was out. But I think it's more likely that a new GM would cut him, not firing DK could get him fired. I cannot say I'll be surprised if he gets the job. But there are some good candidates I would prefer.
