TD was the worst GM in the NFL at building the Trenches and pass rushing. It is comical how many draft picks and FAs he picked up that failed along the trenches.

I lol'ed at this because it's true.  How many times does Chuck Smith get brought up as some type of magician with fixing a D lineman.  Dude has got zero results.  I don't recall a single player that Chuck Smith has worked with that was anything but hot trash.

There's so many teams with terrible lines both defensive and offensive, it's a bit of a stretch to proclaim outright as TD being the worst GM at building lines. Cincy, Detroit, Miami, Houston outside of J.J. Watt hasn't put together anything on either side for ages, Cleveland, Washington. I mean, it's not easy building lines, it's why the elite lines in the NFL are very few and far between. Not excusing TD because it's his job to get it right, but let's not act like he is a moron and any replacement level GM could have done better because that's not the case.

I am guilty of this. Don't get me wrong I don't give the man a thought when I am not on this board. I have two kids and enough things to occupy my time... But when I get on this board, the first thing I go looking for is Takk threads.

I wanted TJ Watt in that draft and was not a fan of when we traded up for Takk. I was not a huge fan of his attitude but had no issue as long as he delivered. Then, every off-season he talked about rededicating himself and it got old fast because the results were the same. 

He might help a team for a few weeks but I just don't see him staying healthy. His shoulders are already messed up and he only has one move and that is a bullrush which is hard on the shoulders.
