An NFL head coach through and through and even though he’s an offensive guy, his hard-nose style seems to always translate to the defensive side too. FIRST ON THE LIST, Arthur. Got ran out of SF because their GM was an even bigger *** hole than Harbaugh was. The GM then got fired the following year.
