Realsurfin 1,140
This should have happened last year. But at least it has started and AB did not waste time waiting until the End of season when it would have been an unsettling distraction He has the rest of the season to get the front office together. This is wise planning.
itsryanwonder 3,690
Imagine the dream it would be for Koetter to be gone next. HOLY ish that would be a miracle. If he gets rid of Koetter, Raheem Morris is my pick for head coach for the next 5 years. Edited October 13, 2020 by itsryanwonder JDaveG

Blank will have to fire him and I do not think Blank has a plan B for this kind of thing. Sad to say, but Arthur may be at that phase in life where the whole football thing is getting tedious. He might be thinking about buying an island, taking his wife and going. He's a great guy but the football team owner gig seems more for people who think they have something to prove. We just might get somewhere, then --- I wonder if that would hurt the players to try and learn a new scheme with a new OC with 11 games still left?? niels petersen 330
Do we have anyone on the coaching staff who could step in and call offensive plays? I want Koetter gone as well, but do we really have a replacement on deck?

You would think that with them promoting Morris to interim that he would have some sort of leverage with getting Koetter out of here. Like "he needs to go too or I'm gone with the rest." I wonder if Kotter makes it through the season if offense doesn't improve? maybe we'll at least see a change at the bye. I still say let Knapp call the offense, he's a west coast guy isn't he? PriMeTiiMe 7,451
I never understood why this board is so in love with Knapp like he is our savior. he is terrible. That being said, I will take anything over Koetter at this point 😂 HC: Morris OC : Knapp DC: Ulrich

He isn't a long-term answer. But I'd take him for the rest of the year for sure. papachaz

He's content. He wasn't when Kyle was here. Kyle pushed the **** out of him. I think great players need that. Some don't, see Jerry Rice. But most do. A coach that doesn't challenge his players won't have many great players. papachaz
