This team just got beat up at home by a non-top 5 team.

Seattle is good team.  Plus again Carroll knows how Quinn coaches and vice versa, but the offense should have been better prepared.  Same old plays every season, never anything new.  And the defense just looks lost again.  Can't win consistently with this formula, that's for sure.

We are yet again a 7-9 team, great part is we have to blow up our roster next year due to cap issues. The only good part is Quinn and TD will be gone

I don't know what you're smoking but quinn ain't getting fired unless we go 4-12 or worse.

Seattle's good, and the Falcons still looked terrible today, but think about it...we faced:

- multiple missed 4th down conversions (led to two Seahawks TDs)

- a fumble after converting a 4th down deep in our own territory (led to a TD)

- a PI on what, 3rd and 23? (also led to a TD)

- a blown jam and awful safety play leading to a TD on a 4th and 5

That's every TD the Seahawks scored. Every single TD off this team's wild mistakes. There's a good team somewhere underneath, but then again...it could just be this is the way the Falcons are, because this is the way they've always been. I feel this opening game is like a lot of past opening games, in that I have no idea where the Falcons stand except to note that 1) their safeties are still garbage and 2) they'll still Falc everything up, given the chance.................

Why so many 4th down conversion attempts. HC should have good feel for the team. Doing same thing over and over and expecting different result is insanity.
And, historic dumpster defense is back..
