We need two more players

  • DE/SLB type
  • OT/OG swing guy

You got your OT/OG swing in Gono. With all of the money on the OL, doubt we'll see that one with OT ability unfortunately. I think the guys worth signing will hold out for a starting opportunity/money. Agreed on DE/SLB. Would welcome Clay Matthews with open arms.

Gono can't even get active. He is just a TATF all pro legend. If Matthews or McGary get hurt we will see the Pretzel. Scary.

Gono got snaps late in the year. No Sambrailo this year in his way. And again, the best OTs available are fringe starting quality. Don't see them settling for a swing OT role.

We also signed Justin McCray.

ESPN's Josina Anderson reports Browns LT Greg Robinson will resume his starting role in Week 9 against the Broncos.

The former second overall pick was benched for Justin McCray in Week 8, though that experiment failed miserably as McCray was a disaster against the Patriots, earning PFF's worst tackle grade among Week 8 qualifiers.

Oh boy.
