jlrfalcon 4,078
I will do the opposite and predict 4-12 this year Ryan will be sacked for a new NFL record in a season (77?) Julio will be the first 1000-yd receiver to not score a TD all season At least half the starting year defense will be on IR by the end of the year Matt Bryant will somehow have become our starting K again Quinn will be fired in midseason and replaced by Koetter in the interim We will finish 4-0 to have Blank consider keeping Koetter and TD We will also with the strong finish have at least 6 or 7 teams picking ahead of us in 2021 draft
FalconFanSince1970 24,531
I'm going with 9-7 and a possible upside to 11-5 if we stay healthy and execute NFL plays. I'll take @Draftnut57 bumping his own posts 10,000 times if I can get some rest. Trust me.
Spts1 6,658
That schedule. Falcons could easily start 0-4. Gonna be a tough season...

We are seeing what is to come with the NFL. Doubtful there is going to be a season. Not a real one anyway. And all this over a virus with a 98.6% recovery rate. Ridiculous. in the demographic of ages that are playing pro sports its 99.9%

Yes I really believe that ... Do I know for sue? Flip NO! and nobody knows for sure.. But I do believe we have as much potential as any team in the league.. And I also believe that by the time we trim the team down , This will be the most talented Falcon team ever.... I'll say it again.. you're sitting there saying why.. Simply because the front office went out and brought in a boat load of really good players who didn't get drafted.. that are very very good players.. And choose the top 90 best players to choose from. And by the time they cherry pick this massive group of players ,, we will be the most talented Falcon team ever assembled. I've never been more stocked for a season to get here. We will make the play offs , but only if Ryan can once again be that iron man he has been so so many times. ,,,,,, Bottom line is.... Will we have the Coach we need to use all this talent??? That my Fan Friends is going to be the BIG question ???? If our Coaches get their jobs done right and use a Friendly O# system,, Run the ball more.... then we can take these games because of our now rebuilt OL,, and have the RBs we need to go deep in the playoffs. For myself,, I think we have as good a team as any,, It will all be about how well the coaches do their jobs... I don't think we can blame the players.. It will be how well the Coaching is and How well they call the plays... We need to run the ball mcore.. And I do believe they have figured that out... Or let me say, I sure hope they have seen the weak link in the chain.... and are willing to change their ways on O#. I can say from all the moves.. Strengthening the OL and depth of RBs,, And getting the DL help in the draft that was so badly needed, It seems as the lights have turned on in the Front Office... That's my opinion,, and I'm sticking to it. Yes,, at the very least we will make the playoffs as long as Iron man Matty Ice stays on the field.. I think it will be his year to remember.. He will have the D# and OL with a lot of good backs to win with. Hope you all have a great day!!! We could be, but unfortunately our defense is the biggest question mark with alot of us that actually understands football.. And it makes no sense, we hired a defensive specialist as a head coach, but so far we've had the biggest cluster frig in the league when it comes to defense.. Thank gawd Smitty had built a solid base on offense.. Without that, we would be the Lions only worse

BUBBASBEANS 1,163
Yeah.....and win the SB too.........no offense my friend but I’d appreciate a ltl shot of whatever you’re smokin’.......on a serious not.....have you thoroughly examined the way this coaching staff and team ***** itself no matter who/what or when????? This team is cursed man!!!! Like “Root Dr” Voodoo cursed!!!!! If by some crazy twist of fate we’re 11-5, rest assured you will be watching DQ w that same deer in headlight/pouting puppy look rambling on abt being “pissed”, “embracing some suck”, “how the teams preparation was on-point” and lest we forget.....”he’s gonna work like ****” at the end of some historically humiliating and embarrassing loss to another playoff team on this endless trail of tears upon which he’s been allowed to drag this team and fanbase!! It won’t work!!!! They don’t know how to win man!!!!!!!!Give this clown a 100 pt lead w 30 sec on clock and he will figure out how to blow it!!!!!!! The most exciting thing he can do for this team and city rt now is RESIGN!! I’d personally rather see that much more than another worldwide humiliation of this city, this team and these fans.....God forbid we stumble our ***** back into another SB. I ain’t buying on this hoodoo voodoo half *** garbage anymore🤬

falcndave 4,853
It would be so Falcons like to go 11-5 after this start. Who knows, we play the Bears who are a mirage so far, then the Packers who will be a Seattle/Dallas like test. After that five straight games against 0-5 teams. Anything is possible.
