raysnill1
thanks to free NFL Network I got to watch a lot of Rams games during this pandemic. I didn't see this lost step of Gurley's the media kept speaking about. I bet he can get 340 carries this season and won't miss a beat Stryka, Monolith2001, gazoo and 6 others 7

JayOzOne
Dude had 857 yards behind a trash line. CPOY would be great because his season was average but not exactly trash. PokerSteve and gazoo

Gurley looked considerably better last year than any back we’ve had here in a few years. With this OL loaded with young talent and seasoned vets, I’m stoked. Gurley brings a level of talent to the RB position that this team has not seen in a long time. Having said that, his knees are a concern. I hope our offense uses him wisely. Maximum benefit, minimal wear. PokerSteve, gazoo, Vandy and 3 others

Not from what someone else told you, but the knee issues that you saw him have. Don't say playing time either, because that's a mystery to everyone, everywhere. He wasn't injured. So, why do his knees concern you? College injury maybe? Why??????

And FTR, I’m Fricking glad we signed him, I’m sure he wants to proves to rams especially how wrong they were releasing him the way they did. But Ether’s spot on, we need to pace him kinda like we do Julio. PokerSteve, ADAMSVILLE GYM and Boise Falcon Fan 1

But Ether’s spot on, we need to pace him kinda like we do Julio. Of course he has arthritis. Its common for the injury and work he's had from his college day. But its not effected his performance at all. He was mysteriously pulled back and nobody knows why. There exists nothing, from my observations, that warrent any recent knee concerns. Not even a limp or wince from pain. What i do believe is that the Rams were dialing him back so that he wouldn't justify another big payday on their watch. They know better than anybody that the running bubble has burst. They got hit first, by TG. Injuries are not kept secret in professional sports, but this has been the biggest injury secret of all. Its about money. Heck, they still haven't paid him what they owe. Gurley and everybody who has knowledge, all say he's fine. The tapes don't lie either. Like you, im glad we signed him. So, why do his knees concern you? College injury maybe? Why?????? I, of course, do not have intimate knowledge of his health. However, there are widely publicized reports of his degenerative condition affecting both knees. A person like that can conduct his physical business as usual, as long as there is no significant inflammation caused by trauma. A "healthy" knee has sufficient buffers, namely cartilage, to mitigate the inflammation caused when "bone-meets-bone". To what extent Gurley's arthritis has progressed is not known by me. So, I just hope he is managed properly, so as to maximize his talent, yet minimize progression of his ailment. Monolith2001
Good to see but all I'm interested in is him breaking big chunk runs, catching the ball and protecting Matt when it actually matters. I am unfazed by media headlines, uninformed speculation by coaches and social media workouts. ADAMSVILLE GYM
