I like the pick

I love this pick. I been screaming for him all day. I’m happy. But he will still have to prove it. Don’t know why people get upset at the draft lol. Can’t control the outcome and nobody knows if any p

don’t know if posted but yeah I like this guy

Yeah bro because I don't agree with you I'm a troll.

Coming from the guy who will literally argue about anything, that's pretty rich.

You're not a troll; you're just boring.

Everything sucks. You don't know anything about any of these players.

I'm no expert either, but that's why I wait and see, and rely on people who do.

You just hate

We seem to be putting safety off 1 more year and honestly it’s based on how the draft values fell more than anything it seems.

I think we could role with Foye too if we don’t add a LB but think we want to get a LB if the PLAYER is right.

People just need to ignore spots. You gotta catch runs in the draft and we got to nail the players we want; and not fall for guys well down the board just because “it’s also at that position”...that’s where you are better off taking BPA then.

Falcons didn’t value a LB, S or guy on offense over Davidson. He was seen as the best available DL for us. Not bad.

Draft looks solid so far for us.

It's more with versatility with Dan Quinn. He value that over anything.

I’d run him and Jarrett inside with Takk and Fowler bringing it from the edge.

What it does allow us to do is have a big unit against the run.

**** bring edge presence on the above.Potentially strong side DE on early downs.

Let's not get too carried away.

a bit discouraging he wasn't in g-dawg's top twenty for second day

  1. Justin Madubuike, DT - Texas A&M
  2. A.J. Epenesa, DE - Iowa
  3. Zach Baun, LB/EDGE - Wisconsin
  4. Nevin Gallimore, DT - Oklahoma
  5. Ezra Cleveland, OT - Boise State
  6. J.K. Dobbins, RB - Ohio State
  7. Jeremy Chinn, S - Southern Illinois
  8. Jordan Elliott, DT - Missouri ----
  9. Lloyd Cushenberry, C/OG - LSU
  10. Ashtyn Davis, S - Cal
  11. Matt Hennessy, C - Temple -----
  12. Davon Hamilton, DT - Ohio State ----
  13. Curtis Weaver, EDGE - Boise State
  14. Willie Gay, OLB - Miss. State-----
  15. Julian Okwara, EDGE - Notre Dame (ewww yuck)
  16. Joshua Uche, EDGE - Michigan
  17. Akeem Davis-Gaither, LB - Appalachian State ----
  18. Logan Wilson, LB - Wyoming
  19. Raekwon Davis, DT - Alabama ---
  20. Chase Claypool, TE - Notre Dame
  21. Nick Harris, C - Washington ---
  22. Terrell Lewis, EDGE - Alabama ---

The guys with a --- after them would be considered pretty big reaches compared to most boards although i like quite a few of them.   Even some of the guys i didn't put a  --- next to was rated lower than Marlon was.  This is not to say i wouldn't have been happy with some of the guys i put that next to even in the 2nd round it just would have been considered by alot of people worse value lol.

You are right, I do hate this draft. I can have my opinion and you yours. I've seen plenty to know why I don't like this draft, you don't need to be an expert. You literally just said you will let someone else formulate your opinion for you. Yet I'm boring, okay.

There are always those who know more than you, and thinking otherwise is just hubris

Yeah, you're boring

I think there is some boom/bust to him. His best work at Auburn came on the edge. In the NFL he'll make his money as an interior rusher. If he can put that athleticism, length and strong hands to good use inside against interior lineman, I think he could be really good. If he were at any other program he'd have been a 1st round pick and one of the best 3T's in the draft.

3T, with ability to slide out and play 5T. Pretty much a Baily/TJax mold. He's disruptive. Front four is set at this point. Plenty of depth. Maybe a pure speed rusher later, but I would say a LB in the 3rd or maybe even a LG.

Similar thoughts here. We can skip RB if we want. Akers gone so a run may happen.

LB and iOL to compete for LG/project to replace Mack...next 2 picks.

Could take our pick here in round 3 and use both 4ths to move up to the top of round 4 if Hennessy is still around after round 3 for example.
