According to the FiveThirtyEight polling website, Trump's approval rating on his last day in office is 39%, which is still higher than Truman (32%), Nixon (25%), Carter (34%), and W Bush (32%) on their final day in office.

So that is something to be proud of ? I guess when you consider he tried to overthrow Congress that says a lot about hard core ignorant Trump supporters .

I know there are potentially 3 BR bills you can pass for revenue/spending/debt limit, but from my understanding you can only deal with one topic once per year. How can we have two different BR bills focused on spending.  Maybe someone who understand BR process can explain it.
