Hurst highlights

Nice breakdown by unintentional grounding.

Wow, it’s remarkable just how inaccurate Jackson is & how slowly he processes things.

Hurst’s production could skyrocket with MR delivering the ball to him in a much more timely & accurate manner.

We upgraded the position at a fraction of the cost.  I was amazed at how many times LJ was late getting the ball out & HH still managing to make plays.

Lamar missed several easy TD’s in that film. The sky is the limit for HH to become who he should have been.  Gonna be fun to watch man.

Exactly!! These are actual facts but a few delusional cry babies, well one particular cry baby.

I sat with this over night and am excited to see him and MR together. Only thing I hated was losing that extra 2nd which is gold, but maybe we can trade back 10 picks in the 1st round and recoup that 2nd. Would be nice.

Well stated.

Unfortunately, we must cut through the cloud of those miserable, hateful & immature people who are simply incapable of fair reasoning.

I don't mind if there are those in disagreement but we all know much of it is nothing but triggered babies shooting off with their usual reactionary fireworks.

Dude has wheels AND hands and makes contested catches (top video).

He could end up outshining Hoop. I know it's hyperbole - but I think he was def worth the 2nd.

With a more proficient QB, several nice WR's, and much more playing time, we might be looking back on this as being a brilliant move.  Time will tell.  But it doesn't take much imagination to see it as being a very legitimate possibility. That is if your head is not clouded with mean-spirited angst.  We all want this team to turn a corner.  We're all frustrated as hail.  But there are some really nasty folks around here LOL.

Having a TE that can work the seams is going to create new opportunities for this offense.

I think there is some legitimacy to some of the dialogue heard recently over this transaction.

  • He would be considered to have #1 TE status if he was a guy to come out this year
  • He was under utilized in Baltimore for many reasons most of which came about due to an early career injury
  • His production was top notch when given his limited opportunities
  • Great hands
  • Fantastic TE speed.  At least 4.67
  • NFL ready now without the typical TE rookie learning curve of 2+ years.
  • Decent blocker
  • Tough & has that gritty attitude. That Dog.
  • Something to fkg prove. (this alone might be his most underrated asset)
  • Jackson oftentimes missed him being wide *** open & delivering the ball early & on time.
  • Jackson oftentimes threw quite inaccurately & Hurst caught all of it anyways.
  • His YAC has some mighty intriguing potential
  • Frees up TE in the draft
  • He comes at a fraction of the cost it would have taken to secure Hoop.

Looking forward to see how it plays out.  Nothing can be taken for granted of course.

I like the player ... YES....  I like the trade NOT.. a 3rd and I would LOVE IT... but a 2nd could be a really good D player....

Sure, it stings.  I agree.  But FA is the time of the year where just about everything costs more.

Once most of the initial overreaction settles & the whiners retreat, I look forward to some of the more level-headed folks who opine.

We had competition for the trade. Word was the Patriots and I think Baltimore were contending for him. Really glad to get this guy, he'll be exciting to watch here I hope.

And yet--- 3rd string, a bust, a disappointment.

But wasnt Free behind Steven Jackson and Jaquizz Rodgers? And then was behind Coleman until he got hurt? Showed out against Dallas and the Skins then became the starter since?
