Sad day for former UGA player Luke Ford

It is a total travesty and completely ******** that the NCAA denied his eligibility waiver twice while some other players, who transferred for no other reason than playing time, were granted immediately without any issue. Garbage. Rest In Peace grandpa :(

I'm so ******* angry right now. At least pops is at peace. I know it falls on deaf ears, but the NCAA has to improve these situations.

And it comes out this morning(or maybe yesterday) that going forward for the 2020-2021 academic year and subsequent all NCAA players for all sports are likely to be allowed to transfer one time during ncaa eligibility without sitting out for a year.  A year late and a grandpas life too short.  F you NCAA.

True and sad for Luke Ford.

Usually you need a few outrages to affect change in the NCAA - this is one of them added to the pile.

In other news, this transfer portal will hurt the best recruiting teams with depth.

The other side of the coin is also true. You also recruit transfers.

While true, I believe it to be a net negative for best recruiting teams.  Just look at Florida - they are adding 5-stars the only way they can, through the transfer portal.
