Statick
My wife and I watched it the day of the Oscars. Beautiful story that captures so many essences of the beauty of African-American culture, family and love. edit: Yeah, dust got in my eyes and throat, too... ya_boi_j, lostone and DonOfThemBirds
The Monarch
Saw it with the family at a showing of all the Oscar nominated animated shorts. It was wonderful, and my kids loved it. DonOfThemBirds and ya_boi_j

The end with the mother had me feeling like I had been pepper-sprayed because it reminded me of a dark time in my life when my mother was battling breast cancer and also had to bury my grandmother during the same time period. ya_boi_j, lostone and Statick
