Wonder if NCAA will push them to FBS. NCAA doesnt force any movement for dominance. NDSU just heavily invest in their sports. They actually offer $3,400 stipends to athletes which is rare in FCS. NDSU has shown no desire to make the jump right now. Might as well stay in FCS, moving up to join the MAC and play in the Potato Bowl isnt appealing. Yep, and they would have to build another stadium. The Fargodome is a nice facility, but it doesn't have the capacity requirements of an FBS Stadium.
