NWFALCON
I’ve been watching some highlights of running backs that are coming out of college this year. The main one that brought up this question is Etienne. Majority of his runs seem to come out of the shotgun formation. Dobbins seems to run well out of both formations What type of adjustment would need to be made for a running back to start looking at reads in an I or single back formation under center that’s run primarily out of the shotgun formation? Are these adjustments pretty streamlined or is It something that could take time to adjust to in addition to the speed at the NFL level?? Dirk loves the shotgun formation so maybe a guy that’s run out of that formation would be beneficial, but outside of that I’m just trying to increase my eye for talent and how that would adjust to what we do Ergo Proxy
