They were 70/30 pass/run while up 24-6 on the Jags. And yesterday, they had 51 passes to 30 runs. DK can't be balanced. It's not in his DNA.

Ah I was misinformed then, I heard that on 92.9 I believe. Didn't do the research it. Looking now they much have though his 30 completions was his attempts. I'm sure it's very tough to maintain balance when you have the receivers and QB we have compared to the run blocking we have though lol.

It doesn't take much to be an upgrade over Koetter.

Cowboys offense had quite a few games that they lost because of the offense doing nothing. Cowboys had 4 games this year where they scored 10 or fewer points and another where they scored only 15. In the Cowboys 8 losses this year they averaged a measley 17.1 PPG. Cowboys lost 3 games this year when they gave up 12, 13, and 17 points. No team should lose games when the defense plays that well. Those losses fall directly on Kellen Moore. If Moore was a better OC the Cowboys would be in the playoffs. Moore needs to prove himself over more than just one year. There's better options out there.

Your post is the exact reason I don't post much anymore. All you're looking at is what you want to see and not the entire picture. The entire picture would tell you that while Kellen Moore shows great potential as an OC he still has too many red flags that should be worked out first. Let him work out those issues somewhere else. I don't understand why it's so hard for some people to be objective and look at the entire body of work when discussing things. This place would be so much more enjoyable if people would do that instead of only seeing what they want to see.

You: Why do people like Kellen?

Me: This is why I like Kellen

You: Your post is why I don't post much anymore.

You can say I'm not being objective, but I didn't post a single opinion. I stated pure fact. If you wanna ramble on for 2 paragraphs projecting a certain image on me for one post, you go for it.

By the way your entire rebuttal is that the Cowboys offense had three bad games which resulted in an L, not some analytical dive into their route concepts not being able to properly take advantage of zone blitz defenses. Is it possible that maybe the players didn't execute the plays in those 3 games? Maybe instead of the losses being on Kellen's shoulders, it was Dak being incredibly inconsistent which has been a problem of his for years?

Fans are  all upset just like in 2015.  Then next year they will all be on the gravy train

Difference is Kyles scheme was very complex and had shown signs at past stops getting the most out of his players, so there was reason for optimism.  None of those things hold true with Dirk.

Only 3 bad games? They averaged only 17 points scored in their 8 losses this year and had 5 games with 15 or fewer points scored. I can assure you if the Falcons had done that everyone would be calling for Moore's head.

I wasn't trying to be an butt but you can't just post seasonal rankings in defense of something because that doesn't account for context. All I did was provide context showing that just citing a season ranking doesn't tell the entire story.

This isn’t Dirks first year.  When he had three before he got worse each year.  Since his league leading rushing attack a decade ago, he has been bottom of the league every year since.  When he stumbled across something that worked well, and you think he is adjusting, the next week he goes away from it and almost gets Ryan killed.

Completely mind-blowing. NFL coordinators are said to spend many 16-hour days figuring out how to do things better and gain even the slimmest advantage over their next opponent. How many hours did it take Koetter to totally lose sight of the fact he had finally succeeded and just needed to keep doing it? lol smh
