jlrfalcon
Our 2020 opponents: Home: Buccaneers, Panthers, Saints, Bears, Lions, Raiders, Broncos, Seahawks Away: Buccaneers, Panthers, Saints, Packers, Vikings, Chargers, Chiefs, Cowboys Maybe we go 3-3 against our NFC South guys, but the away games at the Packers, Chiefs, and Vikings are probably losses as well as the Seahawks at home. The only easy wins are maybe the Lions and Raiders at home. I guess we can at least say we don't have to play the Eagles next year, but do we ever have an easy schedule? quotemokc
Yeah you're right. There is no chance we beat the 49ers in week 15. Draftnut57
Is it me,, or do we seem to always get the hardest schedule every year.. I was kind of thinking maybe this time we may get a break,, NOT! This looks harder than this year... I don't think any other team has a schedule as hard as ours is next year,, And I felt the same way this year..
Jesus
Eh. Next year's schedule means nothing in December of the previous season. mqg96, WalkingTheDawg, OilFuturesTrader19 and 12 others

The NFL is a year to year league full of parity. We havnt had the draft, FA, injuries, coaching staff changes etc. Teams could look a lot different. For example, Cowboys have 12 starters that may hit Free Agency and a new HC. They could look a lot different next year. dothan_birdman
can see 9-7 to 11-4 based upon the way the last half of this season played out for most of these teams.IF we keep a top 10 defense performance, we can play with any of these teams. Granted that’s a BIG “if”
RING OF HONOR
Rams..Chargers..Colts...Bears all made the playoffs last year. ..they all sitting at home.. Every year is different.. Every other team in our Division will have the same schedule except the two games where we play against a team that finished in the same place as we finished. The thing I have noticed is that it seems we get away games against the toughest opponents. I know it's rotation, so it's just perception - but I swear it seems the Saints get the toughest opponents at home, lol! octoslash
Schedule looked pretty mild this season for the first half, remember? Everyone was worried about the second half... not Tennessee, Indy or Arizona. So what happened? We lost those and kicked a## in the tougher ones. So I wouldn't sweat next year because no one knows who's got what until about week five anyway. papachaz and Tim Mazetti
thanat0s
Is it a monstrously hard road schedule? Yes, but I expect 4-2, perhaps 5-1 in the division, throw in at least 4 wins against these guys: Rayduhs, Broncos, Lions, Bears, Seahawks and Chargers and we've already gotten to 8-9 wins. The real test is how many road wins do we get out of KC, GB, Dallas, and Minn. If we get two of those, we are at 10-11, which is usually in the magic number ball park. This year is a big outlier for records in the NFC. Expect most to come back a win or two.

falcndave
If you can't beat good teams, your not winning it all anyway. I love watching every game. I enjoy every win! That said, as a fan, I've seen everything short of winning the Super Bowl. The Patriots prove that soft schedules help with homefield and byes. That is not a zero factor. However, you have to beat every team in front of you to win it all. Falcons can beat every team on that schedule. We all know under Quinn's leadership it's just about catching the positive mojo at the right time and limiting the losing binges.

The Falcons FO make a hugh mistake this year in Drafting two starting OL in the first round.. Fans can believe it or not,, But if we had went out and gotten proven VET OLman ,, and drafted Christian Wilkins and Ferrel from Clemson,, We'd be dancing with the teams in the playoffs this year.. But as the one liner in The INdiana Jones first movie sayes,, "He choose ,,Poorly ."
pzummo
We did not play very good football for the majority of this season, and we still went 4-2 in the division. The Panthers have to rebuild with a new coach. There’s no telling what they are going to be next year. The Bucs have to decide what they are going to do with Winston. Brees is going to be 41 going on 42 next season. Even though he looked great this season, father time eventually catches up with all of us. There’s no telling for the Saints next season. Fwiw, there’s no telling for us either. We are in cap ****. Glad we saved $12m in space with Grady and Ryan, but we still have a lot of work to do. LouDog
I don't really see it as that hard of a schedule. We have our regular division games ofcourse. Then we can easily beat the Bears, lions, chargers, raiders, Broncos, and most likely the cowboys. The chiefs and Seahawks look like the only games that will be super hard.
