We had 10 offensive drives move past the Buccaneers 45 yard line yet managed just 22 points. That 2.2 Points per drive into Tampa Bay territory. Terrible.

Yes, TURRIBLE!!!  I don't know if it was DK's lousy, unimaginative play calling, or our O-line basically collapsing on Ryan, who had about 1-2 seconds to get rid of the ball, if that.  Reminiscent of Sark's first year.

It was an UGLY Win, but, I guess I'll take it!

Just a reminder that in 5 seasons as a coach Dan Quinn has learned nothing.  Not sure what makes you think he will have learned something now, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

I mean...we fired Sark...

What were we like in 2017 with Sark vs 2019 with Dirk?

That might give us a clue.

We did not see the consistent ground game, but to be fair Bucs are a GOOD defense. Their QB just sucks. I'm hopeful in McGary and Lindstrom. But without a run game/balance and design to keep the defense off balance?

We have extensive data on DK's career.  Not only with the Falcons but across the league.  Leaving aside the obvious stats, one thing we know for sure is that he doesn't change or update his approach.  What you saw this year is what you will see next year.  I certainly expect the OL to play better since they've got some game experience and work together but it won't really matter.  The offense will be near the top of the league in yardage but near the middle/bottom in points.

That would be a fun comparison.  May give me something to do later to break that down.
