We will be stuck in mediocrity until real change happens. And that starts at the top. This team is so freaking frustrating, I don't see how you homers can support this pile of steaming **** that is the Atlanta Falcons. Absolutely pathetic season and winning now makes it worse. You need to look at he bright side, looked like the light came on in Head coaching area after a bad start.. So I'm looking forward to see if they stick to what they have learned.. A great O# is your best D# , And we do at least have the players to be a Great O# next season.. Just hope we have one of the best Drafts in History.. If we do,, we will be a team to reckon with in 2020.

Do you trust a complete unknown to come in here and all of a sudden he’s Moses and parts the Red Sea with regards to drafts. Rinse Wash Repeat thee only problem is if DQ is rehired and coaches another identity-less team which plays I’ll disciplined and inconsistently. You clowns who beat on TD actually think a new GM is going to fix that. Clueless 101.

The only outlier is Grady Jarrett. TD prioritizes skill position over trenches and we are still a finesse team. We need to clean house. But of course you can’t see that. Homer 101. Wake up sunshine TDs over seen the most successive time in Falcons history. Understand the ground your speculating about. So let me guess DQs been a genius on the sidelines and cost us the SB. Let me guess project meathead because that’s thee only way you can win in this league.
MAD597
I expect another 7-9 season stuck in perpetual mediocrity. If not that then something worse. This franchise has zero hope of ever winning a SB D.B.N.

NorthGaBoy
My guess is that every draft position has been used at some time to select a bust. I do not mean to imply that high draft positions are not more important than low ones, we all know that is not the case. However, I have the belief that rounds 1-3 have the most potential. There may be more potential stars in the first 15 selections than the next 30, but as you move down the first three rounds there are plenty of very good potential players. Stars do not make a team a winner. They are helpful in situations. But, it is the team with mostly better than average players that win more battles than lose that build a winning team. Of course, there are many other elements. Training, player development, coaching development, coaching, strategizing, game planning, situational awareness with associated adjustments, etc. The Falcons will have the players and coaches who can be very competitive next season. However, there are too many coaches now and too little focused strategy. I am saying this only as a fan with outside visibility. I would love to be inside the organization to ensure that strategy is solid, appropriate for the personnel, and delivered with focus. If we trim the coaching staff down and apply the correct coaching structure and strategy, this team can go. I do not know who in the organization has the skills to do this. I hope we have that person and we get it done.
