This is play action. Offensive line shifting to the right making it look like a committed run. Jimmy keeps the ball and rolls to his left

I say pass because it looks as if the o-line is not working as hard to block at the   2nd level....but then again I'm sure I'm wrong lol. But then again the show of run makes the linebackers flow right anyway

Pass blocking.

They seem to be standing more straight up and giving ground

Based on the first picture, I assumed it to be a run play. The LG and LT looks to be pulling. The WR was blocking. Another yard and a half down field, and they have a penalty.

Play action pass with a rollout. 

For that to work correctly they have to make it look like a run. I don't really see any blockers downfield trying to get on defenders on the second level.

Make everything look the same and a defender must do his job. This is why stopping the run and not overcommitting to it to do so is how teams could deal with 2016 Falcons O. The second you overplay a look the play DESIGN and CALL together can burn you and leave guys wide open.

Kyle as an OC made everyone’s job easier by the attention to details and slight of hands.

I’d imagine those kind of factors exist consistently for any good or better OC.
