Draftnut57
Neither one have Good Coaches,, Both have a lot of talent,, But, without the right HC ,, you can forget it Fans. You can see a sorry team with a great Coach,, and they will win games they actually shouldn't win.. They will beat better talented teams simply because they have a better Coach,, But when you get a great Coach with a Great group of talented players and have a great coach also.. They will win more times than lose. Prime Example,, Watching Ga get the snot beat out of them simply because LSU has a much more talented Coach.. To me,, it's very easy to see LSUs HC is far better than Ga BDs. The Falcons have a very talented group of players.. Sure hope TD goes out and gets the right coach for us this off season.. I sure hope Both teams have seen their down falls.. Talent is great ,, Coaching is even more important. Yeap!! Sure is... Trust me,, it's the Coaching...Ga went out there in the first Quarter and threw the ball nearly ever time.. Didn't mix it up pass and run.. I could see this coming from the first Quarter. Coach should have changed the game up,, and started running sooner.,, Even should have ran from the beginning of the game like LSU did. I can't remember a game Ga got the tar beat out of them as bad as this game.. You have to run the ball more than they did in the first half. ⚡Slumerican⚡ and slick0ne
Brewcrew
Kirby is fine (and not going anywhere), but they really do need a new OC. Injuries were definitely a problem, the offense without Cager and a hobbled Swift lacked depth, but he’s shown no creativity all year long. Fromm is supposed to be a super cerebral player and yet they ran a vanilla offense all year long. There oline is young and huge, though, so they may be fine just running the Kirby ground pound game on offense the next few years even if the skill players aren’t special. Georgia has always bee known for Running the ball with great RBs.. But this game tonight was so so so different than what we have been so good at. They need to return to what brought Ga a Championship in the past ,, Run first and pass last. When a team runs 70 to 80 % of the time,, Like Ga used to do. HASHBROWN3
Nah, not Kirby Smart bruh. I’d agree if you were talking about Mark Richt, but we we’ve been playing without any WR talent & it’s allowed teams to easily scheme against our run game. I think our DE position has been mediocre all year as well. LSU has a fine team they’ve put together man.

When you don't run the ball at least 20% of the time,, They will rush the pass and get to the QB if they know we are passing every time. Got to have a balance and we had none in he first half. FalconFanSince1970
Falcons and Bulldogs have the same problem LMAO. Draftnut whiffing on another thread. Dawgs are 35-6 in the last three years with three straight conference appearances. Over the same period the Falcons are 20-24 with a second straight playoff miss. GTFOH bro. BUBBASBEANS
You might wanna include Braves and pretty much any other team that calls this state home. None of them can quite get over the hump. Not all for the same reasons but at end of day results are usually same.
Godzilla1985
With the talent that school gets year end and out, ther is no excuse for their lack of recent championships (Georgia Tech has a more recent one). I honestly can’t point my finger at what is wrong with UGA. They should have 2-3 NCs in the past 20 years. MoFalconsFan56

HEIST
Kirby Smart's legacy will be something between losing to backup QBs in championship games back to back years, or letting the most memorable play of Justin Field's UGA career be a fake punt. Yikes

freefall
I think Kirby Smart did a pretty good job this year except for the SC game. GA offense this year is not very good, and the defense played much better than anyone anticipated. They don’t have any game changer on defense, but they well together all year long unlike the Falcons. You can see the different in coaching between the 2 teams.
