I expect a thorough *** whippin from the Aints. It wont be pretty. Wouldn't be surprised if Payton runs it up on us

Everyone expected it last time too.

I half expect us to go 5-11 with our only remaining wins vs the 49ers and Saints. That'd be a very Falcons thing to do.

This time is different. They're PO'd from when we beat them at home. Plus, they win the division with a win over us. On national TV. Won't be pretty.

Dear SaintRay,

I don't know

You don't know

your mama don't know

and the football gods don't have a clue

which Falcon team will show up Thursday night. What we all do know based on a game that has actually occurred, is that on any given encounter, the Falcons can curbstomp the Saints and slap Cancer Face around like a rag doll. Enjoy your flight and eventually your one play-off game before getting flushed from the play-offs, but don't count your Thanksgiving chickens before they hatch, bro. Your keyboard is writing checks your team can't necessarily cash.

POST OF THE YEAR!!!!! HAAAHAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

Id love for yall to rise up ( pardon the pun ) and beat the 49ers, but that team is legit and with KS and Coleman, they may be looking to make a statement ( re Blank )

I think the previous game, a bit of complacency set in. Saints spent 2 weeks on bye ( yall had 2 weeks to prep ) and we were in totally different "mindsets". Saints were off doing personal things and Falcons were having players only meeting etc. So there was that and watching film of a 1-7 team the Saints thought they could play 75% and come away with a victory.

Thats not happening here. 4 days. No time off. They are primed. I think the Falcons make a run at it early, but just dont have enough left in the motivation tank to pull it off.

The loss sunday to the Bucs was the nail in coffin for your season. Now its spoiler time, and while i can appreciate that role as a Saints fan ( for decades, that was us ), this team is dialed in for this game.

and whats the story with J Jones? injured Sunday?

I wouldn't be surprised if Julio didn't suit up Sunday or be placed on a snap count if he does. There's actually no real reason for him to play.

Having said that, whether he plays or not it's still a division game against a hated rival. Expect the unexpected.

Dear Falcon fans,

I know it.

You know it.

Your momma's know it.

And the football Gods know it.

We owe you an ***kicking and it's gonna go down on National TV.

What happened a few weeks means zilch in the grand scheme of things. We're the NFC #2 seed today and have the #1 seed in sight and we're going for it.

And besides, we're gonna help you claim that coveted Top 10 draft pick you need to begin rebuilding your team.

Now I possibly won't be around to claim my victory dance due to an international flight that evening. Depending on actual departure time, it will be close. But I'll be back at some point to revisit this thread.

(By the way ... seeing how ya'll will be sitting on the couch watching come playoff time, I figure you'll be pulling for the 2019 NFCS Champion New Orleans Saints in the playoffs. The bandwagon is full, but we'll take all the good karma you have to offer as we once again march to the Super Bowl in Miami)

Tootles,

SaintRay

Aww go to **** Ray. You know deep down there's much doubt about the Saints beating the Falcons. It keeps you up at night.

This will be the last great showing by the Falcons before the bottom falls out and the Falcons have an entirely new coaching staff next season.

I'll see you over on rival central.

The Saints haven't blown the Falcons out in Atlanta since 2007 before Matt Ryan got here. I expect a close game.

I wil say this: Michael Thomas is putting together one of the more remarkable string of games in recent NFL history.

Since Week 4, he has gone over 1,000 yards receiving and been targeted 91 times, 79 of which were completions.  That’s a freaking 87% catch rate with two different QB’s throwing him the ball.

Quickly moving in on 1(b) status at the WR position

you cant lie and say he doesnt get forced fed he the only really good wr they have

the saints almost choked against the panthers the kicker gave the saints the game a missed xp and fg cost the panthers to win tbh the saints dont look good at all

So then the Panthers choked? im not sure i follow the logic here.

Brees got the ball back at our 21 yd line under 2 min and we drove to the Panther 23 and kicked game winner with :03.

You can say it means zilch but I'd say the spanking put on the pretender Saints by a 1 win team was pretty telling.

all it means is we lost to a division rival, at home, off a bye feeling a bit too good about ourselves. And it means instead of 10-1 we are 9-2. Thats all it means.

Unless you think it has some other meaning. I mean yall just lost to a 3-6 Buc team...at HOME. Thats telling ( am i doing this right ? )

I’d expect one but dude.......I’d also be concerned playing this schizophrenic team at home in prime time.  You never know which end of this turd will show up.....the unorganized/undisciplined mess that looks like they haven’t broken training camp or the playoff team on paper........Taints May get us but I would beware.....just sayin (and frankly I find this team disturbing at best so that’s no homer blindness speaking:))
