I like some of the players late in the Mark Richt era but I remember wanting the falcons to draft Rashad Jones but only bc he fell in the draft and I remember wanting the falcons to draft Justin Houston bc he fell in the draft for the positive drug test but I wanted Glenn Dorsey over Matt Ryan so I’m clearly an accountant  and not a scout lol

You be you brother Falcon!!!!! We love ya!!! I don't think you could possibly be as bad as T.D. Matter of fact, ride a better looking bike to Training camp next season and apply for the Job. Get some heat on that pink , bike riding, wannabe lance armstrong.

You said "this board".  Shouldn't be hard if everyone on here is saying Fromm is so great.

(hint: they're not)

Show me where I said everyone is saying Fromm is great.  I have seen people say “tank for Fromm”, and many throughout the years raise Georgia players up when they shouldn’t be.  We still have to hear about how we should have taken Gurley on Falcons social media from captain hind sight.

Still haven't given me one example from this board, which is what you were complaining about.  Let me know if you find one

There.  One example, if you would like more professor I will research more tomorrow.  Not sure why you took such offense to this.  It happens throughout posts, if happens ALL the time on social media.  It happens to every fan base because most only watch the local colleges and get hyped about them, majority of fans don’t watch teams objectively and don’t watch multiple teams, they listen to their home town radio station or podcasts vs an unbiased view.  This board throughout the years is always “we should draft <insert Georgia player here>“.  This thread has posts that will provide proof for that for you.

Okay, so why did you act like it only happens on here if it happens everywhere?

“This board” vs other team boards.  On the Falcons Facebook page it happens, it doesn’t happen on any of the other 31 team’s Facebook pages.  Falcons Twitter comments, doesn’t happen on the 31 other teams twitter comments.  Point was the other 49 states were saying “tank for tua” (up until today), while some of our fanbase was saying “tank for Fromm”, which no where else was. Most draft rankings have him as the fifth qb and a second round pick.

Fromm, while a decent college QB, is no more than Aaron Murray 2.0. He’ll do nothing in the NFL

Bill Belichick gives Georgia football and Kirby Smart a big-time recruiting pitch

In recent years, Belichick has taken to drafting or signing a number of Georgia players. He signed David Andrews after the 2015 NFL Draft; Andrews has since gone on to become one of the best centers in the league. In 2018, he drafted two Bulldogs — Isaiah Wynn and Sony Michel — in the first round.

And while speaking at Super Bowl Media Day, Belichick explained why he’s grown so fond of Georgia players.

“I think Kirby’s program is excellent to prepare guys for the National Football League, Belichick said.  The way they practice, the way they prepare and hold each other accountable. It's certainly similar and consistent with what we try to do."
.

Mr.Blank goes hold my beer...what's accountability? We only understand blind loyalty.

Well, sounds like the other 49 states were just as dumb also.

It's something about our Falcons that don't sign these players, and some of the best talent in the NFL Today and years past. I'm asking our fans....why is that?

Do you see us drafting finally....Bulldog players this coming draft? Fran Tarkenton called us " stupid" for not doing so. I would have to agree with him.

Are we soo incompetent like myself, to not sign them with Bill Belichump coming to Atlanta and swooping them up? Geez! Keep that guy outta here!

did not know georgia college had a football team, Is this college you speak of in millegeville?

I think on UGA pro day the Falcons didnt even have scouts present. Maybe they will have someone there this year. I have to imagine they will with the best non-QB player in the draft (Andrew Thomas) coming out of UGA. And if LeCounte comes out we definately need to be there. LeCounte is a better Safety than Delpit and he will be available when we pick 37.

true but think richard returns

It is REAL! I've seen on ESPN a few years ago they asked TD why he doesn't draft the Dawgs. Not because they are local but if they can help?  Tell me at RB could we have used either Gurley, Chubb or Sony? Now N E and future HOF BB thought enough of GT's Shaq Mason who has started at OG and was a 4th rounder GT and against us in the SB they started undrafted Dawg Center David Andrews (I know Andrews is injured now but he might could have been Mack's replacement) OT Harrison Wynn when not injured maybe could have given us another OT. LB'S Carter, Raquan and  Ogletree, though not great are better than some of the people we have. Mecole Hardemen told friends he wanted to play for us. The  point is TD is playing games, he has a preference to players from the Northeast.  It is a  Undeniable pattern.  He and DQ are so stubborn and won't move from their ways. It might could have made a difference (maybe) to us going to the SB

sad how td and company draft horse **** every year ingnore the classic city Go Dawgs

Tell it like it is bro.  They're all over the nfl & have a nice hit rate coming out of UGA, oftentimes outperforming their draft position.  We could use a few dawgs on our roster.

Fromm stinks and will bust in the NFL until he learns to exploit the middle of the field.  I’ve never seen a QB throw outside the numbers so often.  It’s why he can’t complete 50% of his balls lately

But this pimp right here is a straight up mauler. Look what he does to the DE...lol.  We don’t need a LT, but if someone offered a 1st for Matthews I’d trade him and draft Thomas

I wouldn't mind a buhl daugh playing in Atlanta as long as they disavow all previous affiliations, announce the name of their high school during the team intro segment, and bow in the Falcons ring of honor!
