We run just 28% of offensive plays.  That doesn’t work.  But vs Eagles and today our offense is balanced and the results speak for themselves.

RUN THE FOOTBALL 42-45% of offensive plays, please.  It protects your defense along with your offensive line.

Don't make any mistake, we want to run the ball more, but we haven't executed as well in games earlier in the year, versus what we did against the Saints.  At the end of the day, running the ball is all about the players doing their jobs and winning at the line of scrimmage.  You can't "scheme" runners open, when you line up in 12 personnel, you just have to win.

Today, we won the line of scrimmage, so we could continue to pound with the run.  Prior to this, we had negative plays on 1st down that put us behind the chains, and you can't just continue to run into a wall.

Check the play by play. Count up how many 1st & 10 plays were runs up the middle for 2 yards or less. You'll shake your head at the ineptness of the play and why they continue to beat that dead horse and put themselves in 2nd & long over and over again.  11 times, 2 yards or less.

We were sitting on the couch saying. It's first down They will run up the middle for 1 yard. Yep. Comical.

We've trailed more than any other team this season. Not a shock we arent running.

Down 28-3, the Patriots rushed 14 times in the final 18 minutes to win SB 51

They ran 10 times.

Had 2 drives without any runs, and 5 of those game in the third while in the redzone, and a 6th on the two point conversion.

They didn't run to come back, they passed. Ran when on goal line.

I love the run game, KoG knows this but I'm tired of seeing this ******** narrative you wanna tell people. When you're behind even run happy teams know they have to pass.
