Good News For Tankers & Non-Tankers Alike

Recommended Posts

We had an abundance of passionate discussion on tanking last season. Here’s the good news: this team can’t possibly tank. They are that bad.

Seriously, the practice squad could not be any worse. Are we even practicing, or is it pornhub & beers during film study. I don’t think we would beat the 2007 Falcons.

This version of the Falcons does not deserve our time and effort.

I was for tanking and was told we'r needed to win a few to carry momentum. That worked out beautifully lol. I'm on the chase young train.

Is Chase Young going to help the poor coaching poor discipline and culture issue ?

You think picking high in the draft is going to fix this fark me.

If you think that we are farked royally.

I'll take chase young and a new staff. If Quinn is here next year I'm going to an insane asylum

Having the top pick in the draft DEFINITELY makes ATL a more desirable coaching destination.

LMAO at tanking for Chase Young. Bout like TATF Tanker Boys tanking for Quinnen Williams last year. Buddy got zero sacks, zero hits and was the 70th ranked interior DLineman coming into this week..

Move down and accumulate picks in the top 3 rounds.  As many as possible.  Draft is always fans getting caught as prisoners of the moment. It’s an educated guess and I’d rather have six picks in the top three rounds than just 3

can't be pornhub, there's nothing that's stiffened up about this team at all

I’d be having a look at my roster before worrying about where we are picking in the draft.

Attraction if I were an offensive minded coach and saw I had Ryan Julio Ridley and possibly Hooper as my initial weapons that’s an attraction over where I’m picking in the draft.

A better pick means you get a better pick in EVERY round not just the 1st rd. This also means all your picks have more value which gives you more flexibility in trades.

If you cant go to the playoffs or even have a winning season having a middling draft position like we did last year is the worst thing that can happen.

As Free fumbles in the endzone.  Could not have summed up our season any better

Well I’ve seen INTs on about 3 occasions before Free went and did this.

Fans just jumping on Free because it’s Free outside of the obvious Free was pretty productive today that’s 2 out of the last 3 weeks.

There are good players in the back half of every round. We even found some. See Grady, Debo, Hoop...

The bottom line is NFL players and coaches will not tank. For many reasons.

Only TATF Tanker Boys, Mocker Fockers, Draftgeeks and losers will. Which are you?

My issue with free is they are big moments where we need him to just play the percentages.

Having higher picks in every round of the draft increases the odds you come out with better players.

This season proved that the ‘offseason momentum’ thing is just a myth.

Clearly there’s going to be a new staff in place and they’re not going to have the space for a FA shopping spree.

Might as well give them the best opportunity to select the right players for their system(s)

And clearly the Falcons aren’t going to tank intentionally but they don’t need to.  They are legit one of the worst teams in the league.

Higher draft picks won’t matter for anything if they don’t get this coaching thing right.

**** we got guys like Jones Ridley Freeman Hooper and co and we are lucky to score a 20 a game.

Until we understand what we are off the field and they transfer an identity of what we are forget where we are picking it’ll make no difference.

To me the picking higher doesn’t mean jack.If that were the case why have the Browns been crap for so long and still are.
