I would draft Blankenship

41 posts in this topic

I am not usually a fan if drafting a kicker but we need a good one next year. I would spend a 5th,  5th or 7th rounder on Blankenship. He is money.  What round would you draft him or would you even draft a kicker? Any other kickers you want next year that would be available?

Just bring like 5 into camp. The problem was we just handed the job to Giorgio after he made like 5 friggin kicks...that was dumb.

Would love to draft Hot Rod late. He’s been so consistent. As long as we don’t spend a 2nd on him.

IF we fill ALL of our other needs first I am good with it.

I'd draft Hot Rod too. Get ready to be called a UGA homer.

I am a uga homer but am so tired of watching all the uga players going to other teams and doing well. Also, Hot rod is one of the most consistent kickers in college and he makes it past 50 yards regularly. But you never know with kickers.

I usually feel the same but we really need a kicker and I am not confident in us getting a starter late in the draft. Our late round picks are very questionable.

I don't know how college kickers come into the NFL and suck, but guys like Walsh and Aguayo make me weary of drafting one.

In Aguayo’s situation, you never, ever draft one that high. If you’re gonna draft one you use a late pick

We need a whole lot of other $hit before we need a kicker right now.

let’s start...

AT LEAST two more pass rushers.

Atleast one if not two corners.

Another LB.

possibly another safety and/or center soon.

another Dynamic Running Back.

depending on how left guards turns out, maybe another guard.

after all that, then maybe I am ready to pull the trigger on a kicker.

Geneaut and The Daywalker like this

I cant effin belive Kirby in F.G range and doesnt give this guy to attempt a F.G to win the game

Typical Falcons football playing not to lose.

We are jus cursed as a football state.

Georgia will choke yet again.

He just showed the world why anyone shouldnt.

Hes from Georgia.

They know how to choke on biggest stage.

They know how to choke vs inferior opponents.

This is the hallmark of Georgia & Falcons football.

Example = Even Gurley showed the world in Superbowl.
