Posted September 29 That tweet is exactly the problem. It is coaching autism. They only practice what they already do great. Then come gameday they are confronted with situations that will require them to leave their comfort zone. Have a look at the targets this week Julio & Ridley v Hooper & Sanu and the run game is floundering again. Are we even running outside zone anymore. sdogg and blkbigdog35 like this

His fist bumping, sour azzz looking puss and he swears he can fix the Falcons No Dan, you can’t. You gotta go fella!! Ryan got tackled trying to run for a first down on 4th and 4. When he came off the field he got a fist bump and a.."Good Job." from Quinn. Really are you kidding? This is Superbowl calibur expectations? No one cared whether they won today..it was easy to see. Not even close. The Titans DC dictated to the falcons what he was willing to give up hence the reason Julio and Ridley had so much coverage. Hoop and Sanu got targets but they are not your game breakers. If I’m a DC I would play the falcons the same way!

What do you do when someone fails do you scream at them? No one does that. It was a bad play call and Matt had to eat it. Not sure why the team has Hooper, Julio, Ridley and Sanu and none of them can get the 4th down catch this week. kiwifalcon likes this

Whens the last time you saw Julio run an short intermediate or deep cross against a zone defense? This is also another issue these starts are killing us.We aren’t playing from in front so these DCs can do exactly that. Also no run threat equals tighter windows and coverage. Until this offense works out there issues we are in deep trouble. blkbigdog35 likes this

The same coaching staff put Hardy in to block on 4th and 1 while Julio and others were relegated to the side line. No one here gets a pass..or an excuse. Ryan rolled out to get clear, then made the decision to run for it. He didn't post up or look for anyone once he was void of pressure. It wasn't a good job or a good try..and it would be different if it were the only poor decision on the day from our veteran QB who can't captain this team. I would like to see different backs because of there different skill sets which could be beneficial when you consider the defense you are facing. There is no reason why this offense should be scoring 30 points per game. kiwifalcon likes this

So you think the only way to deal with failure is to scream at someone? The fist bump isn’t a, “Great job at sucking!” It’s more of a, “We’ll get them next time.” Matt Ryan is a human being too. He needs reinforcement from his peers and his coaches. That’s normal human behavior. Also Hardy is an excellent run blocker. Its why he is still on the team. I’m sick of Julio being on the sideline in 3rd and 4th downs. It’s ridiculous and needs to stop. JeffAtl, KRUNKuno and defcon4 like this
