Julio set to break another record tomorrow

Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones took the mantle from Lions legend Calvin Johnson as the NFL’s most dominant receiver a few years ago when Johnson retired. On Sunday, Jones could pass Johnson as the fastest player ever to reach 11,000 receiving yards.

All he needs is 132 yards, something he’s done 25 times in a single game during his career (five times in 2018 alone).

Playing in his 114th career game on Sunday, Jones has 13 more games to break the record. Megatron took 127 games to reach the 11,000-yard milestone.
With 132 receiving yards in his 114th career game on Sunday, @Atlanta WR @juliojones_11 would surpass Calvin Johnson (127 games) to become the fastest player to reach 11,000 career receiving yards in @NFL history. #NFL100

And he missed a season in 13

It’s games played not seasons played or missed.

One thing is clear...AB isn't breaking any records tomorrow.

Which means he would’ve already broken the record for fastest to 11k had he not gotten hurt in ‘13.

He would have done it last year, but in terms of the record games played is all that matters

Watch them not even mention it again on live TV. Last week ryan and julio broke a record and NBC didnt even talk about it. If is was brady/rogers we would have heard about it :(

AB done for the rest of his career!

Maybe so

But I'm not going to say that just yet because there are always stupid owners, GMs, or HCs who look at the big names and still sign them regardless of if they are over the hill or bad character guys.

There could very well be an idiot out there that will sign AB after a few months go by, maybe even sooner depending how these allegations go.

It’s crazy that Brown went from 1st ballot HOF to possibly never getting into the HOF almost overnight

Is AB the first star player(or player in general) to ever pretty much be kicked off 2 teams in 2 weeks time or jettisoned from 3 teams during one off-season?
